The location was great!

The room was not very cosy and there was a stale smell inside.

well, usually people goes to hotels to have a good night sleep after an entire day walking and visiting. We were extremely disappointed with the bed. it was hard as a rock and you can feel the springs in the mattress. we hardly got a good night sleep. in addition, hotels and residences, should not assume the all people can sleep well with one pillow. they should have an extra one just in case. we requested additional ones but did not receive.

The place is nice though we struggled to get the proper information from the staff. But in the end it was a pleasant stay.

Having the staff hanging up on me because I was lost in their process was not the most pleasing experience...

Nice room in central location.

Reception to pick up the key was quite far away from the actual room. Front door of the house was hard to open. A/C did not work properly. Bathroom door handle came off and "raining shower" was broken. One Towel had stains.

The location was amazing!

It was unclear to me that checkin would take place and the breakfast to be served at another hotel - mainly because the email was sorted as spam.

No hot water the first night. Had to move room. Check in location different from residence location. Bit confusing.

Location was excellent and room Was very clean

The bed was quite hard and room was well traveled. Walls are dinged up, leg on the sitting chair is broken but you can expect some of this in well traveled areas. Directions for check-in could have been more clear. If I had not needed to park my car I would have had to ask for instructions.

I like the location very much . The bath was great . It has window.The peopre from the breakfast room are veryyy nice.

I dislike that the breakfast place is not in the same building with the hotel . I dislike that the parking is expensive.

Central position, big room, cleanliness

The location was fantastic just in the Centre of Matera. Really clean and private.

The bed I even claimed to be double it was two not comfortable single beds merged. The bed made noise Also the staff did not speak English Working in the quality assurance business I will investigate a little more on how stats are awarded

The location is good and the room is nice

The check-in was very complicated. It is not at the same place where the rooms are. You have to walk there with all the luggag. The parking was full they offered to go park 2km away and then someone brings you to the check in and then you have to walk. I do not recommend this place there is plenty other place to stay that seems to be way less complicated

The location was perfect! The room was clean, modern and cosy. The bathroom was nice too with the big shower.

Perfect location to mix access to Sassi with modern life. Good value and super cool shower.

The pack n play was broken, but our toddler thought it was even better to have a low spot to get in and out of herself.
