Het ontbijt was enorm veelzijdig.
De sauna was ook heerlijk ,vooral de relax ruimte ,met lekkere sapjes hapjes ,en een knapperend haardvuur.
Wij hadden zelf alleen met ontbijt geboekt,maar omdat het hotel een beetje midden in het gebied ligt ,is het fijn als je niet meer in je auto hoeft te stappen,bleven we in het hotel ala carte eten,wij hebben nog nooit in oostenrijk zo flauw gegeten,en erg fantasieloos,bij een gemiddelde skihut,kun je erg lekker smaakvol eten,voor minder geld.
Wij hebben mevrouw GSTREIN er wel op aangesproken de eerste avond,misschien zijn wij verwend ,maar de Oostenrijkse en duitsekeuken,is altijd erg lekker,zonder de hele tijd overal zout en peper op te doen ,om het maar op smaak te maken.
Erg jammer ,we hadden ons er erg op verheugd,om lekker te tafelen met heerlijke wijnen,en dito eten
We hebben bij de betaling aan de balie nogmaals aangegeven ,dat we het erg jammer vonden ,dat het diner heel erg tegen viel.

We really appreciated that the Otztal card was included in the room price, which saved us hundreds of euros for all attractions around - cable cars, motorcycle museum, etc.

The dinner service which took ages - and blamed us for not making a request at breakfast - which we did !

The cold swimming pool - it seems this place is set for winter but only half open in summer.

everything! close to hiking and mountain biking trails, extremely nice spa facilities, nice outdoor patio/balcony with a hot tub, great restaurant and bar, the dog-friendly atmosphere, the wonderful, absolutely wonderful staff!! cannot rave enough about this place
the hot tub wasn’t particularly hot, but that is truly our only criticism. this place is wonderful and everyone should go

Very nice and relaxing hotel.
Breakfeast quality.
The Saunas, pool, whirpool are fantastic but the best remains the amazing surrounding nature and landscapes.
A lot of sport activities nearby.
Dinner was very good but service can take time.
The room had no blackout curtains so during summer the light can wake up early.

Everything was perfect (location, staff, room, spa, massage, food).
It takes too much for the dinner (90 minutes from the starter to the dessert) but dishes are good

Very nice hotel. one of the best I've been to. everything is perfect. the staff is really good. the food is perfect. But one thing is better in the hotel. The nature around the hotel is amazing.

Clean hotel, nice setting.
Bathroom small and restaurant only fixed menu. Little choice and bit expensive.

Receptionist were unpolite. There was no heating in our room and nobody apologized for this.
The answer was: it takes 24 hours till the heating will be OK, furthermore the receptionist told: guests from yesterdays prefered cold room.
Finally she and a man brougt electric heater!!! Is this the 4star hotel service????
The worse is, nobody told: sorry!!!!
When leaving, arranging the bill, by accident one title was twice accounted. Again: the word SORRY was not mentioned.

Excellent breakfast. Dinner also amazing, very good food indeed. Spa is also very good. One particular note: kudos to Jakob, the sommelier, who took us through the marvellous and unexplored world of Austrian wine.
A few rooms (ours among them) need renovation. In particular, our room did not have a black out. It was not a problem because we were up early anyway to ski, but it’s not fitting a hotel of this standard.
