Good location. Friendly staff.

The aircon did not work, rooms was hot and public spaces was boiling hot.

Room was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. They all spoke English.

Road construction on weekdays started about 7-7:30 and restaurant on the corner was playing loud music very late on Monday night.

The location: perfect. Right beside the Cathedral and the supermarket. Ideal to feed your head and your stomach.

Breakfast is too expensive. No fridge in the room. And the view from my window was, for such an outstanding location, bad.

The room was very small but perfect fit my needs and very comfortable. The location is ok. Can walk to the old port in about 15 mins.

The walls are pretty thin so you can definitely hear people out in the hall or closing doors.

During the booking we were told that there is a parking next to the hotel at very low price. In reality the parking Juliette is at additional price with no discount for hotel guests, and it was closed. There was no convenient parking place near by. The personal didn't supported us, didn't provide the guidance where we can park the car. Very disappointing.

Quiet room and air conditioning, comfortable bed, bathroom clean and shower good.

Impossible to get cold water from the faucet, I'm not a fan of warm drinking water. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

It was impossible to get cold water from the faucet, so I had to drink warm water. It would have been nice to have a minifridge in the bedroom instead of two nightstands.

The hotel is centrally location and very accessible to the Mucem & Viuex Port where the ferries depart from. The staff at the hotel was absolutely lovely and very generous with suggestions. They were also really kind to let us store the bags at the reception and freshen up as we reached way before check-in time.

The concept of bathroom was a little strange for me. The room had one bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate cubicle with WC but it didn't have ventilation.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for a business trip. The room was small but very clean and all the stuff I met was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a good location near to a big shopping mall, close to museums and 15min walking for the old port.

Even though the location of the hotel is good, I didn't feel very safe when walking in the roads above the hotel and beyond, near the train station. On the other hand the roads in front of the hotel were pretty safe and clean. The hotel is still in a very good location.
