Perfect location. Close to all amenities. Modern facilities, host couldn’t be more accommodating. alway on hand should we needed. Gorgeous pool.

All the important things were right, the beds were excellent, the shower was great & all the facilities were clean & in good condition. Babis & his staff were fantastic, always helpful, knew everything & everyone, giving us great tips & advice. Just got home feeling fabulously refreshed & would recommend Aegean Villas to anyone

Excellent property! Great view and pool, and very close to beach bars and restaurants!

The location is excellent, it's a short moped ride or walk into the harbour. Small supermarket 50 meters behind property, and a great bakery the same distance. Moped hire again 50 meters away. The pool is brilliant, good 2.5 meters deep at one end, cold at this time of year though. Sea right on doorstep, easily just walk in and swim. Host was friendly and amenable who went out of his way to make sure we were ok, despite not being on Poros. Facilities in the flat were good, decent fridge, safe, TVs and a comfy bed, good shower too. I would recommend this property as a great family stay and I imagine it would be a lot livelier in season. Restaurant next door is a swerve though, get into the harbour or town where the food options are brilliant. Property was clean, and despite being out of season, cleaners came every day. Great terrace, with super view of sea and the Pelponesse mountains, boats bobbing along, decent sunsets, great to share a bottle of wine, read a book and play cards on that terrace. For the price a great find on the brilliant island of Poros.

I wouldn't change anything other than providing guests with some Olive Oil, salt, pepper tea and coffee for their stay, but I imagine that wasn't available because of COVID rules.

The private pool was right outside your door. The beach just a little further. With water sports and a local boat 10 mins into poros town. Supermarket, amazing bakery and local bars and restaurants. Everything you need is a stones throw away to relax.

The villa was amazing! The villa provided everything we needed, luxury package! We had the best holiday as Babis was extremely nice and helpful. The cleaning lady was excellent! The bistro Odyssey has amazing breakfast. We can't wait to go back!

We liked everything

A truly great swimming pool and a high quality interior of the rooms and bathrooms. The location is good and the sea view very decent. The property is clean and well kept. The service is friendly. All in all, a very good environment to relax and to recharge for a few days. We unanimously enjoyed our stay as a family.

I wasn't impressed with the living room lighting, which was too bright, so we kept it off and used the kitchen light as a dimmer substitute. Also, there were no amenities such as a bowl of marmalade/honey/sugar etc, which I would expect. The apartment was well equipped with cutlary and crockery but the aforementioned should have been provided, given the price. Also, safety issues if you have small children such as a winding stairwell, open access to the large pool, and more importantly exposure to the road beyond the garden woth no fencing/partition. We kept our 3-year-old on a 'short leash'.

Our host was friendly and very responsive& easily contactable. He made us feel very welcome and signposted to all we needed whether it was taxis or restaurant recommendations! The apartments were clean, modern and we couldn't fault it. Lovely swimming pool and ocean views ; and just cross the road to Askeli beach. Walking distance to supermarket - well stocked, lovely coffee shop / bakery close by also. Also near a cafe snack bar and local restaurants. The location is perfect, 25min walk to Poros town. We would visit anytime again.

We loved everything ! The location was perfect!

We had a nice Maisonette with a balcony with a beautiful sea view. It was very spacious! The pool was really good. Daily housekeeping at the Maisonette. Free pick up service from the port. The staff was very caring. A baby crib was provided as requested. A taxi drive to the beautiful town of Poros (late night dinner and shops) is inexpensive. To the Aeskeli beach you need 3 min walking.

No shampoo or shower gel. There were only soap bars. The restaurants nearby are closed out of the season.
