The location to pick-up the key is 5 min far away from the location of the apartment.
If you go by car to pick-up the key is better that somebody to stay in the car to avoid penalty for parking. But - don't worry - you can park in front of the location were are the key (or 10 m far away) ... we didn't have any problem
The host - NORBERT - is a very nice and friendly person ... we were in permanent contact with him and he guided him all the time in everything!
The return of the key is at the same place were we pick-up it ... so we had to make a small detour to leave the keys in the same place where we picked them up.
Maybe it would be good to have a possibility to leave the keys somewhere right at the rented location... it's just a suggestion
It must be taken into account that it is no longer allowed to park the car anywhere on the street, not even with payment!!!
After 22:00, only residents can park!!!
And the arranged parking lots are quite expensive... there are 2 right near the location for 700 HUF per hour, that is 30 Euro per day (beware... they can reach up to 1,500 HUF per hour!!!)

INGRESSO FATISCENTE, COMPRESO ASCENSORE, AVEVAMO CHIESTO DUE BAGNI COMPLETI, IN REALTA' PRESENTE SOLO UNO, L'ALTRO SDOPPIATO LA DOCCIA DA UNA PARTE MENTRE WATTER E UN MINUSCOLO LAVANDINO IN UN ALTRO VANO. VERAMENTE SCOMODO, PULIZIA CARENTE, PRESENTI RAGNATELE VANO CUCINA.

Location
Cleanness, we got flea bites and found fleas walking on our bodies.
When get back home needed to wash our cloth because were with fleas.
Doesn't have windows in the bedrooms.
Air conditioning only in the leaving room.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, 3 minutes walk from Kiraly Ut. where all night life and party take place.
Coffee shops, restaurants , bars, supermarket as you exit the building.
Apartment very spacious, clean and with all amenities.

Spacious and beautiful rooms. All 3 bedrooms had a view. Nice common area . perfect for 3 couples.

I liked just the location.
I didn’t like that it wasn’t the apartment they show in the picture ( no basilica view) , we had one bathroom that it wasn’t working ( we found a warning only when we arrive to the location) internet worked for only a day .

Great location, 5 minutes to river and shops, near hundreds of bars and restaurants, easy access to bus, tram and trains. The apartment had massive bedrooms and loads of room. Asked for extra keys and were given them the same day. Had a great few days, really enjoyed Budapest.
The apartment is very noisy as night on the main road and very hot, free standing air conditioning units couldn't cope. Our apartment looked nothing like the booking.com photo and it really needs a make over. We paid over €700 for 3 nights and probably could have had an air-conditioned hotel room for less.

The location and how fantastic the apartment was, you are in the heart of Budapest with everything on your doorstep, transport, food, entertainment, whats not to like.
Honestly, I can't fault the apartment.

Big bright large apartment. Fantastic location.. The apartment was really clean and good facilities. Great to have a coffee machine. Very responsive host.
Beds weren't great, the bedding was clean but poor quality. Couple of extra towels would be good including a second tea towel in the kitchen.

very nice apartment, with a great view of the rear of the church. located in the centre of the city, close to public transport, lots of restaurants in the immediate area. we would happily stay again.

Spacious, perfect when traveling with teenagers and need some space. The location is superb. Beda was okei. The terrasse was nice. Good commmunication og information from the host.
Some minor and major things not functioning, as an example the aircon in one if the bedrooms and one if the two showers. Have notified the host about it. If you cant handle some noice from the street this may not be the place for you, but we didnt mind as the windows isolated from the sound pretty well.

Norbert was extremely accommodating and always messaged back instantly to make sure my stay was perfect! My friends and I loved it, the location was perfect and the apartment was extremely comfortable.

Location was different Location than advertised on Booking.com. It was a sketchy neighborhood. Homeless people outside the door. Heat would not turn off. Had to sleep with patio door open to the noisy partying on the street below Shower had one temperature, too hot !! It didn't work properly and flooded all over the floor. The pillows, bed and sheets were cheap and uncomfortable. Do not book here!

The location is perfect with postcard view of Basilica from our window. Clean spacious apartment with everything we needed. Norbert looked after us so well, and responded to our messages quickly. He was so professional and friendly making our stay very relaxed. Central location with easy access to whole city.. My 2 sister's and I felt safe and had plenty of space. Highly recommended.

Apartment is at a different location than the office where the key box is located, not far though just a bit inconvenient when going by car. The building is a bit 'aged' and so are the rooms but still ok.

Communication from the host was good however without the help of the transfer driver we may have struggled - would be better to have a secure key box at the apartments
The apartment we stayed in (for 1 night) was tired. Beds were uncomfortable and a little tatty as were the seats in the living area - this has been fed back to the apartment owner. We moved after one night due to the issues with road noise and uncomfortable beds.The showers were both impractical and not very good, electrics need addressing as does the hole in the window for the aircon - there were no hangers for our clothes
