Розташування дуже добре. До центра пішки йти 30 хвилин.Зупинка автобуса навпроти будинку, зупинка метро зовсім поруч. Також є супермаркет Lidl в 10хвилинах пішки. Ще один плюс, що дозволяють перебувати з домашніми тваринами. За це окремо подяка.

Номер дуже маленький. Немає де покласти речі. Немає ні шафи, ніяких поличок. Номер пропонують як для 3х людей, але тільки 2 стільця та дуже маленький столик. Їсти треба по черзі. Вночі дуже шумно. Чути як ходять та грюкають дверима сусіди, за вікном постійно їздять машини. Звукоізоляції немає.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento. La escalera chirría, el microondas cierra mal, te duchas y se llena casi todo el baño de agua, falta algún utensilio de cocina.

Aunque era una habitación pequeña, tenía todo lo necesario. Baño y cocinas limpia y camas muy comodas. Todo iba con códigos por lo que era mucho más cómodo

Es un poco complicado encontrar el lugar la primera vez pero una vez que nos ubicamos fue sencillo

Kicsi, zajos, a város zaja is nagyon behallatszik, és a többi apartmanban élők zaját is nagyon át lehet hallani. Az első napokban amikor a szomszéd hazajött és a kódjával nyitotta az ajtót azt hittem hozzánk jött be valaki ilyesztő volt. Az apartmanok előterében már érezhető egy párás kellemetlen szag, ami mindent átjár. Majd első éjjel rájöttünk mi okozza. Éjjel 3 körül arrra ébredtünk, hogy förtelmes csatornaszag van, ami a fürdőszobából jött. Ez ottlétünk alatt többször megismétlődött. Az ágyak, a falak koszosak, a galériában a plafonon lábnyom, sok helyen potyog a vakolat. Megkönnyebbülés volt hazajönni.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die ohne Grund beleidigen! Das Zimmer war schmutzig und das Bad stinkt nach Schimmel.

The location was great as I was just 10 to 15 minutes of walking away from pretty much anything, plus a bunch of public transport stations were really near.

Apartment is really nice, even if it might be a small one it is kinda cute and it has all necessities. What bothered me a little bit is that it had some weird smell, I guess from sewers.

Lokacija je ok u odnosu na razlog našeg boravka u Budimpešti.

Objekat se sastoji iz pet stanova za smeštaj više gostiju. Stan br. 1 ( za 3 osobe) i stan br. 4 (za 3 osobe) su iznad naših očekivanja. Bez razloga imaju nisku ocenu. Stan br. 2 (za 4 osobe) kvari opšti utisak jer je nameštaj istrošeniji stariji. Na izgled je čisto vodokotlić ne radi ili radi uz "nežne" dodire pesnicom, vrata kupatila propala, wc šolja preblizu zidu, tako da osoba viša od 180 cm, ne može je koristiti.

I stayed at this apartment through another site, and enjoyed my stay that time as well! They kindly allowed me and my 3 cats to stay here. It’s a great location for easy access to the train station, and near to most forms of public transport to other parts of the city. The AC and wifi work well, and the staff is super helpful with any questions.

The one-burner electric stove didn’t work properly, and the error message said the electric current was too much (based on a google search). Also, it was cheaper on the other site the first time I stayed, even though it was the same room. As a suggestion— I think the apartment I was in should add a small cubby or shelf to the bottom area and the loft because there wasn’t really a surface to put things aside from a small table to place things on near the bathroom.

Close to the center. Parking on the street no problems finding free space. Apartment clean, beds very comfortable and large. Kitchenette fully equipped. Good contact with the owner. We were able to check in an hour earlier. Beautiful townhouse with a patio.

Really nice and helpful host, easy to communicate, we could leave the luggage for the additional day. Clean rooms and most of the necessities inside (I missed only hairdryer). Nice location, next to the supermarket, bus stop, coffee and food places.

The facility could use general refreshment, you can see and hear it's really used and old. Additionally in our room there was a broken toilet flush and the water was dripping all the time. Also soap and dish soap were filled with water, so that wasn't nice surprise either.

good location for it's price. Easy check in. The facilities where useful (microwave, refrigerator, plates, glasses, silverware). Bonus points for the cozy colorful led lights, they where fun.

As a studio that contains a kitchen, it is a very good and convenient thing to heat foods when feeling hungry at night or for a light breakfast, and have tea or coffee, but there is a need for some time to empty the fumes and the smell emanating from that, by the fan of air exhaust that is only in the bathroom, and this leads to the spread of the smell and fumes throughout studio.The solution is simple by the owner, by putting a fan with a higher speed or more extract air capacity, in two modes, a slow mode for the bathroom and a fast mode when using the kitchen, changing by user.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and tidy. I really enjoyed the stay.

The owner seems to have no empathy and I was missing corresponding travel industry management skills.

The room smelled musty. Kitchen equipment was not clean.

Amazing how many kitchen appliances were available in the room. Private space for good money. Close to everywhere.

It was very loud at night as the apartments are by the main street. It took me a while to find it too. Didn't receive a reply when I sent a request to extend the stay one more night.

Location was excellent, near the bus and subway stops, cafés, restaurants, Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Aldi store across the street . Clean sheets and towels, hot water in the shower

Apartment was not too clean, needs some work, paint job...but you get what you pay for. If you need just a place to sleep a couple of nights, it's okay
