I liked the partial sea view I had from my room. The size and comfort of the bed was also the best. One of the best mattresses I’ve ever slept on in a very long time.

I had an issues with the water temperature of the shower. It was not hot enough. There was also a leak in one of the toilet pipes which lead to an on going water puddle in the bathroom. Wished there was a mini bar fridge too.

Location, cleanliness

We accidentally soiled the pillowcase, the nose bled. For one stain with a diameter of 2 cm, the reception staff asked for an additional money of 2500 pesos. That is, a pillowcase costs more than a day in a hotel. It's unpleasant and after traveling all over the world, this is the first time I've encountered it.

Construction sites working 24 hours nearby...but not the hotels fault

The location was great.

It does not have any mini fridge and the room cleaning was not that clean.. we ask them to clean it but twice they did not make up our room on the 3rd time we ask them again complaining that they did not clean it twice, so then they make up the room that day but the bath room was still dirty the bath room mirror smudges from the tooth paste and water mark is still there.There is no phone in the room.You have to go out and use the phone outside or download a viber. And lastly the ac was not cold at all.

I like everything except I'm not informed that cleaning need to tell them before.. so they not clean the room

The staff were all polite. The place was clean.

The airconditioning system was not that good. It was still hot inside the room. The charge for miscellaneous was also high compared to other hotels.

Staff was unwilling to help us make changes to our itinerary.

I like the clean facilities and the fact that there is a 7/11 jz beside the lobby. I also love the fact that its located at a not so busy part of M.H. del Pilar and that water is provided everyday, except the last day. I love that there are dispensers for hand sanitizer in the lobby and elevator. I also love the hair dryer in the room even if I didnt use it.

I didnt like the fact that our room was not cleaned the day before we checked out so we didnt have water for the last day. The better way was to clean it and put water even if the sheets were not changed. Also, i wud have liked a soap dispenser near the lavatory so that i would not have to get from the lone dispenser at the shower stall. I wud have loved ironing facilities, rather than the hair dryer and a few cups and spoons, with hot water for drinking.

The bathroom there has a water leakage. No complete toiletries.. The aircon is not so cold.

Accomodating staffs, very welcoming and respectful to their guests.

I didn't like the bathroom, whenever showering the water remains on the floor, it took time to get dry.
