The house has a spacious and practical layout. There are enough rooms and bathrooms to accomodate a large family. Also the property is highly secure, and conveniently located close to shops and a main highway that gives easy access to Capetown main.

Fabulous vacation house for a family with dogs. The house is beautiful, very spacious and nicely laid out (upstairs and downstairs). 5 large bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms (main en-suite), make for a very comfortable family holiday with everyone having their own space and privacy. My 80 year old mother was very happy to have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor of the house, so no need to go up the stairs. Spacious sitting area and a large dining area in well-equipped kitchen. The garden is lovely and securely fenced-off for our dogs, who enjoyed the house just as much as we did! Also has a lovely outside braai/patio area and a large double-garage. A short walk to beautiful, dog-friendly Sunset Beach and also to a small shopping centre with a Woolworths food store, restaurant, pet shop, hairdresser etc. - very convenient. Mark was a great host and the check-in and out was seamless. Sunset Beach is only 15 kms from CPT City Centre, so the house is well positioned within Cape Town.
