The location was OK, room ok.

The Service at the front desk . As our worker was trying to park my vehicle outside my room , with corresponding number on the parking space, the woman reception races over and place a Bollard in the park and told him , he couldn't park there he had to go round the back, because a "special guest" wanted that park. When I booked the motel I specifically asked for a ground floor unit as our worker had lots of equipment to carry in. This was obviously too much for this motel to oblige by. The room wasn't cheap or good value, its was the only room we could get in Coffs at the time! Our worker is normally very easy to please but when he complained and said she was rude ....you know she was. My husband, who was staying at a motel up the road , confronted the staff about it , and that's when he was told it was for a special guest. When you pay $200 per night in Coffs , everyone is a special guest !! We weren't even offered an apology or anything. WILL NEVER STAY NOR RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL IN THE FUTURE

The pool was awesome after a hot day and with a 3 yr old.. They are close to the pub and have 2 Tesla chargers.
