The bed in our room was infested with bed bugs. My girnfrield and her friend have been dealing with the bites since we left the room. We had to leave the room after being there only 2 hours and the owner denied that there was an issue, when there is clearly a bed bug issue. The owner did not allow us to get a refund when we were clearly leaving due to issue with their room.

The owner/operator was very nice and met all our requests. the following were things we encountered with facility. Unkept areas. breaker box kicked off when running hair dryer 4 times. No water at all in hot faucet in bath sink. parking in in unmowed grass field across road. ocean view window was quite dirty. amenities provided only upon request.

Wasn't told breakfast was available.

Top sheet was folded on top of bed. We had to make it. No pillowcases, just shams, so we covered them with our towels. No washcloths were provided.

I went with the idea of be at the beach but there no beach

The location is fantastic. Beautiful scenery. You are right on the ocean. If you get a west room you have a balcony over the water. Lots of restaurants nearby. 25 minutes from Rincon. Rooms are small, and not luxurious, but they are sufficient for a few nights. You go to this area to be outside, not locked in a room. There is a nice pool overlooking the ocean. Small parking area, we used the lot across the street. Very friendly staff.

Air-conditioning unit outside was noisy and made the room loud. Towels weren't the best.

The place is nice.. clean

No internet, even with the WiFi.. the room was super small but it was nice

Room was Ok. The sheets were dirty. The towels were dirty. I was offered a 2nd room but found sheets dirty as well and the towels smelled really bad.

We liked the clean room the pool and the view and the location

1. Freddy told me twice he would put a small fridge in our room I stopped asking after two times. 2. No internet password given at check in and when I called to get it no answer or vm no call back 3. No hot tub or restaurant only a bar that should have been up front at time of booking.com 4. Had to put or own sheet on bed. 5. Rest Room needed more light for mirror.
