Place was wonderful views on seaside. And breakfast was very nice

Room and bathroom was not clean. Not good shampoo and conditioner (repeat using the bottle)

Bathroom plumbing was bad, air con wasn't working, fan in bathroom horrendously noisy, we had 2 fridges, neither worked. We had 2 broken toilet seats and we had to change rooms. The carpets worn out in public areas, blocked sink, water drains in shower broken. It was a very shabby hotel. There's no attention to detail and finishing was poor. The wooden decking to the pool was broken in several places. The reading lights didn't work. TV didn't work.

Location is amazing right in Gila beach area. They gave us a room upgrade without asking!

The bed was uncomfortable. The furniture outdated but rooms are large and it was ok for one night.

Just a one night stay before our flight the next day. Comfortable hotel in a nice area for walks along the coast and some decent restaurants in the area. Convenient for the airport

if you need beach, there is no beach near the hotel. it is sea view and beautiful but the hotel located on the cliff. i visited at the beginning of January so it was okay.

Excellent staff and view from the room. Excellent room soundproofing. There were two kids in the next room but we could not hear them. Free access to fantastic beach. Business center if you need wifi.

Food! Location! Pool! Almost Everything

I thought we would get a sofa bed for one of our children to sleep on as booked a family room for 4. Unfortunately, we only got a room with one double/king bed and another single bed so our 7 year old was sleeping with me and my husband whereas our 15 year old daughter slept on her own. Usually, whenever we book family room we get a sofa bed we can convert into a bed in the night so one of the kids sleep on it... overall a really good hotel, friendly staff and amazing food so cannot fault it ..perhaps it was miscommunication on my side I am not sure.
