o barulho durante toda a noite torna impossivel qualquer boa avaliação. musica alta , gritaria, gararfas quebradas desde as 7 da noite até de manhã impossivel qualquer descanso sendo portanto impossivel ficar no quarto ou descansar, e o barulho não é apenas de hospedes ou pessoas na rua mas tambem de funcionários ouvindo música alta e cantando na recepeção

Great hotel, vet well located. Do not expect any luxury. It's just a very nice place in Cartagena for a great price. Staff is very welcoming.
10/10 recommend.

I actually stayed at San Augustin apartments because they offered it to me upon arrival, for the same price. They said it would be much quieter, and it was. it was also much bigger, as it was an apartment, not just a room. I really appreciated having the extra space and a refrigerator! Its really hot there.
Lots of keys and locks to get in. But I got used to that.

Hotel was in a great location and extremely easy to commute. Staff were very polite and helpful.
It would have been great if the staff could speak English, as it was certainly tough to communicate, albeit they were extremely helpful.

It's a great spot and very safe.
Don't expect much but a clean bed and a shower but that's all you need - the fun is right outside the hotel.

room was very small. there are some bugs in the room, no hot water, there was a hole inside of shower.

Party noise, loud staff at sleeping times, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hall. Matress and pillows not comfortable. Bad too small.

Very noisy, I couldn't sleep well. Outside noise I could handle but when people talked in the lobby and in the hall, is was very disturbing. The bathroom was also not that great, very small and cold water

really nice location in the historic district of Cartagena and near a lot of bars and restaurants. There’s a really great rooftop bar across the street called buena vida which should be a must visit. the staff had good recommendations for cheap ways to visit the beach.
the rooms were a little small, the bathrooms too, and the rooms did not have any windows.

Good value for money in a nice location in the old walled city. Room was a nice size and had a strong AC.
It only had a cold water shower, which in fairness I think is fairly common in the region.
Very noisy at night between sounds of other guests and all sorts of commotion going out outside. Wasn't easy to get to sleep at times.
