Just a small disturbance on arrival since i was offered a room which stinked of smoke when i cannot handle a smooking room upon arrival at midnight and staff said i could have the same room after it was "cleaned". The hotel did however ensured that i spent the night at another location due to the unavailability of another room at that time in the same hotel and came back the next day Good job in ensuring customer experience is maintained but train staff accordingly to prevent any such mishaps again.
