We absolutely LOVED our two weeks here. The villa is perfect in every way - the view, cleanliness, has everything you need (literally everything!), spacious, comfortable, shady and sunshiney places to chill, ideal location (5 mins walk from supermarket, 10 mins to restaurants and bars, close to port for whale watching trips)…literally the perfect villa! Wim, the gardener/pool guy was such a lovely bloke - welcomed us, showed us around and told us everything we needed to know. Popped by a few times to sort garden and pool but always gave us a heads up and was super friendly. Peter the owner was also super helpful and really quick to answer any queries through the app. Think this might have been the best family holiday we’ve ever had! Almost didn’t want to post this review in case it gets booked up as we are definitely going to come back here again!!

The property was an absolute dream.The facilities were amazing.Outside spaces were plentiful and pool area amazing also The kids wouldn’t even go to the beach We made good use of the bbq (mercadona 10 minutes walk) which the kids also enjoyed Communication with Peter was replied promptly.Wim the property manager was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. He also showed discretion arranging suitable times to visit and do his maintenance.The welcome basket of fruit and wine was very appreciated Overall a fantastic property for both facilities and location. It was a perfect holiday. Great hospitality.

We had 2 amazing weeks at the property - just perfect!! The communications with Peter all the way through were very good. The villa is fabulous so much space inside and out there are plenty of options all day through if you want the sun or the shade. The pool was fabulous and always warm and it was a delight to have the views down to the sea we spent many happy hours at the villa and was perfect to relax. The living room always stayed cool with the doors and windows open and we never needed the air con. There was everything you needed plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives plus all the other general bits and bobs you often don't get such as washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, tin foil etc. Siam Park was about a 10 minute walk - a lot of people in reviews have said how busy it is and you spend hours queuing. I highly recommend going to the evening session 8pm-12 it was amazing - virtually no queues at all and it was a great atmosphere. The rides and waterpark are the best I've experienced. There is a fab supermarket a five minute walk away that had everything we needed. It is just a few minutes walk down to the marina, shops and restaurants and as others have mentioned the villa is on a hill - and it is quite a stiff climb but providing that you are of reasonable fitness it is doable but would not recommend for anyone if not. We would love to come and stay again and would recommend to others.

The house was perfect for our family stay. We had the best time whilst staying in this villa. The rooms are all a great size, the pool is amazing and really made the holiday for us. It's in a great location, close to Siam park, about an hour from Loro Parque. Close to the marina where boat trips go from and 5 min drive to an amazing beach. We had the best holiday and will look to book again. Thank you

Had a brilliant holiday in this lovely villa. Communication with Peter Anna and Samuel was great. The Villa had everything as listed plus a nice welcome bowl of wine and fruit. The pool and views were amazing. Air conditioning was really good and the beds were comfortable. Huge amount of indoor and outdoor space for families. Short walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. We all really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future. Thankyou Peter.

Amazing from start to finish! Comunication from the owner Peter was first class and Ana the lady who looks after cleaning/maintainence was great. The villa was perfect, with everything (and more) than you.need. the pool and outside area was even better than the photo's showed. Would recomend this house/villa to anyone. Thank you Peter!
