Benvenuti in Latitude Adjustment !! Questa è una nuova casa sulla spiaggia 3bd / 2bath nella nuova suddivisione, The Breakers. 12-14 posti letto. Master e seconda camera da letto hanno entrambi letti king size. La terza camera da letto è fantastica per i bambini. Ha un letto a castello pieno e pieno con un rotelle pieno e due sedie girevoli che si piegano ciascuna per formare un letto a due letti. Il soggiorno componibile ha un divano letto a una piazza e mezza. Tutte le camere da letto e il soggiorno hanno una smart TV montata (servizio di imbracatura fornito). Grande terrazza con molte sedie per godersi la spiaggia appartata lontano dalla folla. Al piano inferiore sotto la casa è presente una doccia esterna chiusa, una griglia a carbone per barbecue e un tavolo da picnic incorporato. Wi-Fi. Lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi.

Excellent location with excellent amenities. Home away from home. Just down street from wedding venue which was perfect for us. Although we were just a couple in town for a wedding, this property is also perfect for a family or two. Plenty of room and bed options. Lots of games for the kids and deck has secure gate so no worries with the little ones getting away. Being right on the beach was a huge plus too. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

This was the second stay in this house. We came in 2022 and again this year. All three of our sons were able to come with their wives and kids. There were 12 of us and I was apprehensive how that would work out. Last time there was only six. I was very pleasantly surprised that we were never overcrowded even at bedtime. The deck is perfect as it overlooks the gulf. Getting down to the water is easy enough that our 3 year old grandson and my 74 year old body could make it. You won’t be disappointed but don’t you dare schedule when we try to book next summer.

We love the location of this sweet beach house. It is easy to relax on the covered deck and enjoy the scenery. We loved the layout of the kitchen and living room. It makes it easy to spread out but still enjoy each other's company. This is our second time visiting and we hope there are many more in our future.

We had a great stay! Proximity to the beach was a huge plus. Hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. The beach in front of the house was not crowded at all, so we were able to move around freely with the kids. Thank you for a great stay!

The views did NOT disappoint. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the first few days of our stay was the time that waves are fluorescent at night! Although the weather didn’t cooperate entirely as we would have liked, we still had an enjoyable stay. We had everything we needed. The palm trees were a great place to ‘hide’ bread for the birds!
Looking forward to staying here again.

Staying in a home facing the beach was a delight. The sunrises and sunsets could be seen from our front porch! The beach was mildly busy, but didn’t affect us much. We found sea glass galore and interesting coral and shells washed up on shore. I would recommend a relaxing stay at this lovely home.

This house was perfect for us! So close to the beach. And the beach was so quiet and nearly empty! There were other people and several larger groups, but there was enough room for everyone to spread out on the beach and in the water. We will 100% stay hete again!

Our stay was awesome, the house was clean and well kept, the location on the beach was perfect and exceeded expectations.
The punch lock would not work but directions on accessing with a key were available and was an easy solution.
Might consider replacing the can openers, there were two available but neither worked well for opening cans. Only other suggestion would be to add some bowels with lids to keep food items prepped for meals and snacks.
Would definitely stay again if we ever chose this destination for another getaway week!!

This house was perfect for our family of five! It's on a quiet part of the beach and included everything we needed. The deck was wonderful, and I was happy there was a gate for the stairs so our little ones could run around. The owners had excellent communication. We will absolutely be back again!

We had a wonderful time at Latitude Adjustment! We chose to get married on Crystal Beach and this was the perfect place for us, from color to size. It fit everyone perfectly that was there for our small, intimate wedding. My favorite part by far though, was waking up and sitting on the deck drinking my coffee and watching the waves, and same for the evening. Such a peaceful time! Karyn was very responsive when I needed something. Would definitely stay again!

The house was super nice and clean. Everything we needed to cook was there. The washer and dryer were nice. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The deck was my favorite and walks on the beach was super close and easy. I love the neighborhood! The houses are close and everyone was friendly! Highly recommend staying here!!

It was a nice place. The last night we had two big groups of younger people staying on both sides of us and they got pretty rowdy and loud. Other than that the house was great.

We had a great stay! The only thing I would say is to have the cleaning staff go over the baseboards. They are disgusting. Brown yuk! Everything else was wonderful.

We stay in Bolivar every Easter weekend and this was by far the best location so far. The host was super accommodating and the home was beautiful. The location is directly on the beach and made for a perfect weekend get away. We especially loved that the home was NOT owned by a property management company and was a private residence/owner. No crazy extra costs for likened and the like or additional fees. Highly recommend!
