Great location, fantastic host! Very quiet in what looks like a residential house. The flat is comfortable, clean and cosy. It felt like I was visiting a family and staying in their flat. Adri was on WhatsApp and always helpful if I had any question. The beach is only 3 min away. There is a lovely beach bar and it’s only 15 min to the old town - perfect!

Very clean, great service

The host (Andrijana) was very proactive and has welcomed us at the facility at the agreed time. The apartment is as shown on photos and has suited us (2 adults + 3 kids) well. It is fully equiped with all the utensils needed to make your stay just like home. Kudos for box with toys for the children.

Nothing in particular, everything was fine. Just a note for the location pin: the location is accordingly shown on booking's map, google maps' pin is some 20m in front of the real location, where the kindergarden is, but apartment can be found easily.

Good location, close to the beaches. and a supermarket nearby. Location is a bit further of the centre but easily walkable. Property comes with a nice parking space for a car.

Matrasses could have been a bit better.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment looks exactly like on pictures, even better. Very clean. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, there was nothing missing. Very communicative and responsive host. We used to write to each other on WhatsApp - so communication became easier. Our flight was in the evening, we traveled by bus from the airport to the bus station, Andrijana was waiting for us with a car and drove us to the apartment, although it is a 5-minute walk. After prior arrangement she had left food for us, the food was wonderful, for which we are very grateful. There were also drinks in the fridge. The beach is very close - 1-2 min walk. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town, but the walk is pleasant because you walk along the sea and the view is wonderful. If we ever come to Zadar again, we will stay in this apartment again.

Booked very last minute and can not fault the property at all. Everything as advertised and very nice helpful host. Restaurant recommendations, links to various excursions, etc. Wonderful time was had. Highly recommended!
