Locația este superbă, mâncarea delicioasă. Te poți plimba cu bicicleta prin împrejurimi. Copii se pot juca în voie prin locație. SPA -ul excepțional. Sigur voi reveni în aceasta locație minunată.

Lipsa de atentie din partea personalului; miros urat in camera de la canalizare; Sala de relaxare se pregatea doar dupa oa 19.00; parcare cu plata si preturi nesimtite...

Everything! Didn’t knew the location was kids friendly! We had a very pleasent surprise since we were traveling with our one and a half tear luttle daugther! So everything was as expected!

I didn’t liked the message at the end of the rules note handed over at reception! It was written with capital letters that you cannot bring drinks outside the compund inside the rooms!! ( what????) And also that the Tap water is not really drinkable (whattt???) it’s a 4stars compound and water is not drinkable? So you encourage me to buy it from your restaurant at restaurant pricea? That’s a clear NO for me! Other than that no other issues!

We came for the playground and our 9 year old enjoyed it a lot. He made some friends and he was very happy about the place. However, me and my partner were a little bit disappointed regarding the restaurant, the hotel and their services. The place looks really good outside and it's a nice place for families. I think this place was designed for kids & families and it's an invitation to relax. I would definitely recommend them to improve their services so that the prices would be fair. - breakfast OK - we liked it

- the services are way too expensive for what they really offer. The food isn't so great and tasty. Our kid didn't like it and we didn't like it either. We had our lunch in Brașov and the breakfast & dinner at the restaurant. - 1st meal there - M., our boy, didn't like the pasta with tomato sauce and parmesan (from the kids' menu); his father found hair in the food; the Romanian doughnut (from the kids' menu) couldn't be eaten because it wasn't fresh - it was like a stone. Pancakes - meh. They didn't have strawberry lemonade and they served us an alternative of it (forest fruits, I think), but the lemonade was so sour that our kid left it there (even with 1-2 spoons of honey in it). - SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM: a little too small for 2 adults and 1 kid. It wasn't a matrimonial bed, but a twin one. - we found an inconvenience with regard to one towel, which was completely torn apart. We could see that the towel was too used. - the bathroom is small and when you take a shower, half of the bathroom is flooded. - no air conditioner - SPA - too hot there in July. The spa location is very small. We spent our time mostly outside. Outside there are 3 mini-pools. You can't swim there but relax only. Anyways, all the kids there were happy because they could play together.

It was a very beautiful accommodation in a nice setting, with very good amenities and spa!

The staff could be a bit more friendly 😁 but we didn’t have any problems.

- one of the best and various breakfast we ever had - the location is great and they pay attention to the details - perfect for a short escape with or without the kids - the spa is very nice, indoor pools are very small, not for swimming, but the rest is very modern and nice. The kids can stay until 19:00, and they keep it open for adults until 23:00.

- they have no AC and the rooms facing the spa they get really warm - they have 3 outdoor jacuzzis, 2 of them were with clear, cold water, the only one with warm water was super dirty

Very nice place for families, lot of things to do for kids (under 10 I’d say), peaceful and quiet. They also had bicycles one could borrow with carriages for smaller children. Tasty and large breakfast. Would be happy to come back some day.

very small rooms; at night we felt like there wasn’t any oxygen. we were a family of two adults and two children; with the extra bed we’ve been given for my older son, we could barely go up and down the bed due to lack of space
