The only thing I liked about the property was just the hotel because in general is very luxury other than that if you are looking for great service don’t come here. The staff is rude, they take very long to serve you everyone has a nasty attitude.
Overall the staff and service were horrible. Let’s not forget the alcohol they serve the cheapest drinks

The room smelled like mold and the food wasn’t the best.

I didn’t like anything abt this property.
-the beach is not private, we were harassed by a lot of hawkers trying to sell us odd activities.
-the beach is used by locals and is not exclusive for hotel guests.
-the beach is plagued by boats and seaweed.
-the food got us sick - we were constantly taking pepto bismol to get through our trip.

Just the Building itself
Ridiculously bad service! From the front desk to bartenders, to even the host at restaurants. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Service is bad! Beautiful place but poorly managed and trained people working here. If you have time to change your booking, please do so. You will be VERY disappointed!

Only thing I liked was the hotels architecture
HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! I can describe this hotel as a beautiful box with everything in it HORRIBLE!!!!!. Staff needs training. Not nice at all… food, drink takes forever! If your reading this… please save your money and go elsewhere! Im not exaggerating.
