This property is in an amazing location. You are just inside one of the walls of the old town, but honestly you are staying in the perfect location. Super close to the restaurants and shops, but in a quieter street so you aren’t kept up all night! We had the room on the bottom floor and were worried about noise from above, but hardly heard anything. Room was clean, aircon worked amazingly, and the bathroom had a great shower! We didn’t use much of the kitchenette, but the fridge was very handy.

Location was great as it is inside the old town of Chania. That was very convenient after a tiring day

Place is not convenient if you travel with a car or you want to use the car frequently. Parking is very hard to find and private parking is very expensive. There was noise from ventilation equipment at adjacent buildings Room is very congested

Awesome location in the old town. 5 min walk to the Port. Lovely small balcony to enjoy. Comfortable beds. Restaurants all around. Very sweet and helpful reception lady Maria.

No issues at all with the property. Would have been convenient to have clothes washing facilities though. Parking can be an issue but we used the Underground private parking under Suoermarket for part of stay.

Clean room, beautiful view and especially the espresso machine! Spacious and comfortable for a couple. We felt very safe there as there are two layers of security, a code pad at the entrance made us feel very safe and secure. Amazing location, beautiful restaurants at the doorstep, 1 minute walk to the harbour. We couldn’t recommend this property enough. Also, the lady who was staffed at the entrance during the day was so lovely. Our experience of Chania old town was elevated by this accommodation.

Fantastic location, in the centre of it all but still quiet. The room was lovely, extremely comfortable and had all the facilities needed. The property even organised a taxi for us who came and picked us from on time, fantastic service.

Excellent property with the best location in the alleyways of the old town in Chania.From the moment we arrived Maria welcomed us and as we walked in and out through out our stay Maria would greet us with a smile and ask if we needed anything just an all around pleasant friendly person who made our stay in Chania that more special. The room was perfect with views of the old town churches and buildings.Close to everything you could find in Chania. The room was serviced on a regular basis from awesome cleaning staff.I highly recommended the Aoiria Estate old port.

This property is so nice a located in a beautiful part of Chania close to restaurants and the beautiful waterfront. It has a restaurant right underneath which was very handy when we got in late at night and didn't want to have to look for somewhere for tea. We definitely would stay here again it was amazing.

Right in the middle of the historic old town. Everything , restaurants, shops, tours, sightseeing, was nearby. Lovely lady at the reception

These apartments are in perfect location, couple minutes and you are in port. Just in a corner lovely restaurants with great food. Apartments are cute and cozy. Definitely recommend! Parking is very close, there is no problem to find a place during the day in the evening is harder but possible. 🙂☀️

The location was fabulous! The beds were comfortable and the open hanging space made organising our belongings much easier. The cleaning staff were so pleasant and the front desk provided us with a list of the best places to eat at which was priceless

The only problem was getting our suitcases to the suite. There was no porter service and the surrounding streets have little to no parking. It was a nightmare. A porter service would have been very helpful.

Great location in the middle of this charming city, giving access to all sights and activities and quiet in the evening . The two bedroom was stylish and elegant with a great balcony overlooking a flowered alley. It had all amenities from coffee maker to bath utensils and the receptionist’s welcome made us feel right at home, so we immediately decided, we would come back to this place and we did at the end of our vacation.

Checkin was very smooth. Communication through booking.com was very straightforward and quick. The location was perfect. In the heart of old town Chania where family wanted to stay, Stepping out into the quaint cobblestone streets and is really close to the waterfront of Chania and the bustling shopping streets. It’s not located over the shops so there is a lot of quiet yet it always felt very safe. dining options aplenty. In early may we were able to find parking around in the area relatively easily. We carried smaller suitcases which we were able to handle easily on the roads and also on stairs where they were. Property is very well maintained and was very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and very good quality bedding. Bathroom looks bit dated comparatively but everything works, there is hot water, there are no leaks at all. Bath essentials provided were more than adequate in quantity and were very good. We didn’t use the kitchen at all so can’t speak to that. The apartment was modern yet traditional with charming windows and balconies. Will definitely be recommending this accommodation to friends and family.

a basin is located in the bedroom outside the bathroom so that’s convenient. Water pressure is high but it’s only until one learns of that. Don’t have any real complaints. It was perfect.
