I thought the property was perfect. No complaints.

In the heat of Rome, we loved that it was air conditioned. Family said it was a little oasis for us when we needed a break. One of the best features is that each room had private bathroom and shower. Location was great for us since it is right across the street from one of the four major basilica’s of Rome. Parking is hit or miss. We parked far away when we arrived in the afternoon and then went back and brought cars closer when evening set in and streets were less crowded. You do have to pay the parking meter fees. I also think it’s good to be prepared for the Rome city tourist tax. It’s around $6 a head each day. Totally legit but can be a surprise. We absolutely loved our stay even if some of the other tenants seemed annoyed at our presence as tourist. I highly recommend this for place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rome.

This was the best place we stayed in our 10 days in Italy . Great location . Host was amazing . Perfect place for our family of 10. Each couple had their own room and bathroom .

The apartment was exactly as described and met all our expectations. The location is excellent. Guido was very helpful and gave prompt replies to any questions we had with recommendations for restaurants and train from airport. It was a delight to stay there.

Very nice apartment, rooms are very spacious and we liked that evey room had its own bathroom that was very helpful for a large group. Location is perfect close to alot of attractions, shops and restaurants we walked almost everywhere. Both our host and the lady that met us to check in were absolutely wonderful very nice and helpful. We recommend this place 100%

This apartment was perfect for my group of 10! Everyone couple had their own room and bathroom. Guido was so accommodating about check in and very responsive. The restaurant below the building was delicious as well! Highly recommend this listing!

The property was great for 8 adults. We found the location suitable for visiting the sights of Rome. Grocery, markets, gelato and pharmacy all close.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Clean lovely size. 7no adults stayed for Ryder Cup. Security very good. Lovely area and easy to commute.

Great value and great location. The five bedrooms with in suite bathrooms were perfect. As was the large gathering space

Host Guido is very prompt and coooerative. Property is very well maintained and better than the online description. We were told there will be Milk, Bread and Jam but none was there. It was little inconvinient due to early morning tour. Luckily, grocery store was nearby so no big deal as my family enjoyed the appartment and its location. I will stay here again with my friends and family. Host made me feel very comfortable thru email conversation. Wish I could meet him in person.

Each massive bedroom had a bathroom which was awesome! We made use of the laundry facilities. Location was steps from many of Rome’s bus tours and right across from a bacilica and a grocery store. Main attractions, like Spanish Steps and Colosseum were 15-20 min walk but doable unless the weather is super hot. Bathroom showers could be cleaner but everything else was good! I would recommend this place for a large group.

Having a huge apartment, where everyone was able to have their own space and privacy after the end of a long day of sightseeing, was wonderful. The air-conditioning was a blessing as well! Comfy beds, hot and powerful showers, all of the amenities we needed, and within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Also very close to the main train station. Check in process in communication with the owner was easy and fast. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Guido was a wonderful host. The apartment was lovely and fit our group of 10 comfortably with room to spare. Guido provided excellent recommendations. We loved Strega restaurant.

This apartment was perfect for our landing spot in Rome. We have 9 people in our family ranging in age from 11 to 47. We had room to spare! Each room has a wonderful, modern bathroom and the beds are ample and comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted. And the neighborhood is only a short walk away from all the major sites of Rome - Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc. We didn't take one taxi in 3 days! Guido is an amazing host. Communicates well and quickly on Whatsapp. Highly recommend!

Family trip nine people six adults, children 14, 13 and 10. Great location everything nearby. Guido was very helpful answered all questions, helped with transportation, suggestions restaurants even made reservation for us. Dinner at Matricianella in the wine cellar was wonderful. Found Bakery's Pizza couple blocks from apartment. It has multiple kinds of pizza small area to sit possible might handle ten people, can take out excellent pizza. Restaurant downstairs is Ok but convenient. Previously read in and older review that the dryer does not work, it still does not work. Have enough Euros when you arrive had to pay stay tax 3.50 Euros per person per night in Euros. Would definitely stay when in Rome again. Thank you Guido.

The apartment was excellent. Room enough for our family of nine. Close to all that Rome had to offer. Ideal location to do all touristy stuff, close to shopping and transportation. Apartment was clean and well appointed. The host responded quickly to all questions. Recommend highly.

We were a group of 10 and the space was really comfortable. Everyone had they our bedroom and bath. A plus is the restaurant downstairs.

Wonderful stay, perfect location, clean and comfortable

Guido was an AMAZING host and was so accommodating even when we arrived a day late due to flight cancellations. The apartment was very clean and they even aseked us if they could bring us some new linens halfway through our stay! The apartment has everything you may need from cups plates and cutlery, to shampoo and condiitioner and hair dryers. The apartment is conveniently located across the way from a taxi station where bunches of taxis line up waiting for rides. It is also a quick couple minute walk to several breakfast and lunch cafes which we took advantage of. There is even a gelato place directly next to the apartment which made it easy for late night runs! Between Guidos amazing hospitality, great apartment and even better location we will be sure to stay here again!

This trip was nearly 12 months in the planning with Guido involved every step of the way. He recommended wedding planners, restaurants for post wedding celebration and also restaurants for a milestone birthday celebration. 8 people ( our family) for 9 days!! Amazing!! This property ticks all of the boxes. There is nothing you could fault. Thank you is not enough Guido all of our well travelled children have never experienced such a great experience. Easy walking distance to many popular attractions. Ten minute walk from Termini train station. Five bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Guido was great about responding quickly to any inquiries. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

From the moment we booked to the moment we left, everything was perfect. Guido was a delight to deal with, the apartment is in an incredible location and is absolutely beautiful - well equipped, super clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Stayed with 11 people with varying ages! Plenty of space. Each room has its own bathroom. Stayed for 2 nights. No complaints and would stay again!

5 bedrooms with an own bathroom for wach one - this was the perfect for us, a group of nine (4 couples, one single). The whole Appartement is beautifully designed, the kitchen very well equipped. Situated between Bars, Restaurants, some hot Spots for Sightseeing and the Termini Station, the flat was our Home Base to discover Rome. Thank you for some great days!

Everything was as advertised. Great location just a few blocks from the train and metro and plenty of rooms for a large group. There was coffee and tea,, and Guido even stocked the fridge and pantry with breakfast items. The only thing missing (at least we couldn't find) was a corkscrew (which we rectified :). Would recommend.

The property accommodated 9 adult family members. Great walking location. Easy Uber access. Guido helped arrange airport transfer. Able to walk to train station. Great AC for sleeping. Highly recommend!!!
