This was a nice base for a couple days of exploring the center of Split. We were only a 5 minute walk from most of the main things. The property was clean and the host was gracious to give us recommendations around the city and some snacks and drinks upon arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay in Frane’s apartment. He was extremely helpful with checkin and had fruit, coffee and cookies awaiting us. The old town is a short easy walk along a quiet, pedestrian only street. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. This apartment is perfect for a couple visiting Split. Thank you Frane, Split was a highlight in our 3.5 week vacation in southern Croatia and surrounding area.

We stayed for 5 days and walked everywhere, easy to find and quite neighborhood right outside of old town.

This lodging might be small; but it's mighty! The host Frane was absolutely the best! The streets are very skinny around the residence & parking is hard to obtain. He had a parking spot waiting for us and even helped us get our car into the spot!! He personally ran us through his to use everything in the residence and even has treats waiting for us in the refrigerator. We loved staying here and being able to walk to most highly rated restaurants and the castle in minutes. Didn't need to use our car once we were there. Thank you for a very memorable stay Frane.

My wife and I were visiting Split and found this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Quiet residential street just five minutes walk from Old Town Split. The apartment was incredibly clean and thoughtfully furnished with all manner of items one might need during a stay, including a Croatian-English dictionary! Washer, ironing board, fully appointed kitchen. The bedroom, bathroom and living room were all tastefully decorate and everything worked as it should. The host, Frane, is incredibly friendly and helpful! This was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. I look forward to coming back to Split and hopefully staying here again!

This is a very clean and well maintained apartment (perfect for one or two people). The location is excellent! It’s in walking distance from the ferry port, bus station, beaches, historical sites, and a huge open air market!

Our stay was wonderful! Frane the owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. He even had fresh fruit, chilled bottled water, and Croatia's famous chocolate cookies waiting for us after a long day of travel. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, promenade, or town Thank you again we would love to return.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks for our trip to Split and I cannot begin to say how perfect it was! Frane was the most wonderful host, lots of help, communication, anything we needed. The location is close to everything you want to see in Split. We showed up early to an excursion and was able to pop back to the apartment for some last minute things as it’s so close! Everything worked great, the bed was super comfortable, absolutely wonderful stay! We are going to recommend this apartment to all of our friends.

Close to ferries and restaurants..apartment quite small but we didnt stay at the apartment but to sleep so it was perfect for 3 people.the Host also left us a variety of Waters fruit coffee tea and sugar.

Last year me and my two teenage kids stayed at Frane’s place. We had a great experience, we came from London and Frane picked us up from the airport for a very great price. He provided us with plenty of good advice on where to shop and the best place to get Cevapi (Croatian fast food) as well as the best beach. He was also very easy to contact if we had any questions. The apartment was super clean and nice, it is in a great location and the kitchen was fully stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, a washing machine and so much more. We loved spending time there and will most definitely give Frane 5 starts for his apartment. We were very welcome and loved the experience!

Owner, Frane, was extremely helpful in many aspects. Apartment was under 10 minutes easy walk to Diocletian's Palace. Apartment was well appointed with small details, such washing powder, pegs, shower gels, cleaning products, paper towels, etc supplied and appreciated. I would stay here again.

This place was wonderful! A little smaller than it seemed online but perfect for one or two people. Everything is new. Bed is great and really everything was excellent. Frane made a point of stopping by to see if I needed anything, I didn't. He is very gracious and responds quickly to questions/texts/etc.

Small apartment very close to Diocletian's palace. Host, Frane, was extremely easy to communicate with and pre-trip responses answered very promptly. Frane was very friendly and helpful on arrival and during our stay, again answering any questions very promptly via email, as we did not have a mobile. As with all old European towns, roads were very narrow and parking very hard to find. The number a small roads/laneways confused my GPS .

Frane was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all inquiries. The property itself was in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to everything including the Palace, restaurants and the port. The apartment was spacious with many amenities. Would love to return.

Excellent experience, Frane was so helpful. Would recommend this rental to anyone if they are traveling alone or with a partner. More then two would be a bit tight.

If your looking for a place close to the action but privacy is important as well this is it. Frame is easy to work with and took allot of his time with us on a late check in to explain not only his apartment but also what to do while in Split. Great stay!

My son booked this lovely little appartment for me and my husband as a present and what a great gift it was. The appartment was located within close walking distance to the sea and the lively promonade, which had loads of bars, restaurants and shops and is also great for watching the world go by with a glass or two of wine. The appartment itself was very clean and although we didn’t cook there it seemed like it was well equipped. Frane was a great host and was really helpful throughout the whole booking process and also picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off for a reasonable price which was a great help. Father and son guests. I was traveling with my college age son. Location: VERY CLOSE to everything ... a short walk to down town, shopping, restaurants, bars, tourist destinations, bus stops, and the bus station. BUT private and quiet. Liked the private entrance space. Condition: VERY clean. WELL STOCKED with everything that we needed. We were traveling really light so it was great to find little things like coffee for the morning and tea for the evening. Space: PLENTY of room for the two of us. Liked the separate bedroom upstairs. The bathroom was very nice with LOTS of hot water :-) Host: Super friendly and accommodating. We came in on the overnight train from Zagreb. When I notified him of that he mobilized his cleaning crew to get the unit prepped and ready for us MUCH EARLIER than the original check in called for. He was SUPER RESPONSIVE to all emails and texts. Overall with 18 days in Europe and staying at 6 different places this one was clearly one of the best! I whole-heartedly recommend working with this team and staying here while you are in Split!

Frane and his brother were most helpful and welcoming! Apartment was very clean, easy 7 min walk to Diocletians palace, and plenty of space for my mother and me with bed and sofa bed. No sulfur smell. Eat at Poseidon!
