The staff was friendly, the place was clean n comfortable.

Issue of the back gate that doesn't have a remote control in the moment which is not safe for people who came later.

Dirty bed covered with a dirty mattress protector,our bed sheet evn had blood stains,under the bed looked liked liked nobody has sweeped fr weeks,my house shower is way more cleaner than theirs haibo the mould can show nobody bothers to clean properly,the ĺodge is near the main road so the noises of the passing cars wake up a slight sleeper like me as soon as the cars start going by(woken up around 4 am never went back to sleep!)

the location. It feels very unsafe. one of the rooms I booked had like 2 cockroaches as soon as I opened the room. I requested for a room exchange which I did get but at first they wanted me to pay for it.

Affordability, your staff they very accommodating and friendly. I forgot the name of the lady who assisted us.

You need to upgrade and keep up with the latest designs. Parking i understand your space is limited. You will have a challenge in getting more clients due to your parking.
