Liked the Location a lot. Amazing
Pathetic experience on food. Most of food was Half cooked and when informed to the staff the response was very very casual as if they are favouring guest as free food. Boss we have paid for it. Felt as management is bit partial on clients, coz when I did my booking, I had called them several times asking to reserve ocean view and they promised that yes i will get ocean view. But at time of checkin they gave us hidden view. When asked to change they completely refused and said we are fully booked. Then what about our booking we also did it in advance. At time of booking they showed wifi and television. No wifi at all... anywhere in this place also no television in the room. That is completely unexpected and I really felt I had wasted my money coming here. Cant even think of visiting here again.

The place is lovely. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is really good.
There are no self catering units. Just a fitted kitchen with no equipment or utensils. There is no tumble drier. . The area does not have a swimming beach.

Great view, beach, food was good enough, with different offers through our stay. So pleased staff, always help us with any questions.
Hotel physically old ( part of apartment pretty new, hotel it self old). All bathrooms request to change ( we had several issue and staff support us).

This property is just next to the seafront so had a good time walking in the beach and snorkeling. The workers especially in the restaurant tried to be courteous although poor management masked their efforts.
Old buildings, faulty and strange air conditioning which kept on making strange sounds as if connected directly to the sea waves! Disorganized check in system, we found the apartment we had booked occupied by another person who was not in record! We were taken into the older resort rooms. Confusion upon check out- the receptionist neglected to give us a chit requesting at the gate by the guards!

The apartments in the tower were really nice, beds were super comfy and the view was quite something... the food was really good
Communication was the key problem, before our travel i atleast called the property 5 times and even visited just to make sure all was ok... tried booking pick up from the sgr but no assistance at all... worst of all when we arrived on the check-in date it was around 3.30pm and from how the ladies talked at reception it seemed they dint have a room ready for us. We were kept waiting for about an hour only for the manager to approach us after so many inquiries just to let us know that the room we had booked was not available. Excuse was due to AC problems but then again we were informed our initial room was offered to a larger family. Fair enough they offered us a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the 3 bedroom plus a room at the resort for the night... room at the resort took another 45 min to be prepared and I just couldn't hold back how upset it made us. Standard check in is at 2pm we were there at 3:30pm and nothing was ready which was a joke... no one bothered to even brief us regarding our stay we just had to go guessing along the way... some ladies at the reception were discussing about us while we just stood there which was so unprofessional. Even though we got the rates after booking.com discounts it does not give them the right to do so. On the day of check out we had to leave early but prior to that, the night before I went down to reception to clear any pending bills and informed them will be checking out early however 1 person will check out later. From my end I knew very well all was sorted... talk about embarrassment I got a call from my guest telling me that the hotel asked him to pay the bill for the entire stay as it was pending... I bet one could understand how frustrating this was knowing very well payment was done a month before. After discussions with 2 different staff turned out all was in order... the property is quite nice but the manner of handling the situations was totally wrong and ended up ruining a vacation

All the rooms in the residence were ocean facing. lovely ocean views. very spacious apartment. We stayed in a 3 bedroomed and a two bedroomed.
We encountered the holiday maker’s nightmare when we arrived to be told we had been overbooked and there was no accommodation for us. We were eventually accommodate in a staff 3 bedroomed apartment which was very spacious but bare in terms of furniture, no couches in the lounge, no tv and had a terrible pungent plumbing smell the whole time. We were eventually moved after two nights into a two bedroomed apartment. we were not the only family who arrived to the news of cancelled bookings.
The food was also not too great. Breakfast was quite bland and monotonous.

- Most of the staff were very pleasant, helpful, friendly and acted professionally even when confronted with tough situations.
- The property is family friendly, they developed activities for each day to keep different groups active catering for children, youth and adults.
- The tower is family friendly with spacious rooms and its generally comfortable.
- Menu was wide enough to cater for the needs of children and adults adequately.
- There were several swimming pools which enabled the hotel to cater for a large number of guests, and the hotel provided adequate staff to provide supervision for children and support to the swimmers. Safety first was the rule.
- The property has a considerable number of games (Table Tennis, darts, pool table, swimming, water polo, beach walks, checkers). Consider adding more indoor games.
- The hotel had overbooked the family rooms (new towers) thus resulting to sending guests to different rooms that we did not book for. The stay in the rooms in the resort section was not comfortable.
- Rooms in the resort section can do with an overall of the beddings, air conditioning, provide a telephone in the room and generally modernize the rooms to the same status as the rooms in the new tower.
- Management did not keep its word (not honest), first with over booking rooms, promising changes but only acted after tough confrontation, and they left their staff to clean up after their mess instead of owning up and providing solutions.
- The property can invest more in entertainment in the rooms especially the TV. For all the days we spent the TV never worked and the ICT person never bothered to provided any solution despite reporting the issue.
- The shop was partially functional thus we had to send for a few essentials we required outside the hotel. Consider expanding the services offered and also intentionally inform the guests about available and un-available services.

It is run down. No flowers on the grounds and minimal staff. one staff that was helping with the buffet was wearing glasses with a broken lens…
The room was run down… the safe didn’t work so the guy had to take another one from another room. The fridge didn’t work and smelled. there was towels for 1 person and my husband were there , no complimentary tea or coffee in the room and no sample shampoos or conditioner
I paid for breakfast and dinner included in the room. and when we went to dinner we had to pay for the 2 glasses of milk we had with dinner….disgusting!
we couldn’t use the beach because it was not cleaned or taken care of. I would never recommend it to anyone.
it’s run down. no flowers, not attractive. The dining hall is one big room. looks like a dormitory instead of a restaurant.

Food was terrible, same everyday caused bloating and running stomach, there was no baby food and no one really cared despite complaining.no customer service,no phones connected to the room so you use your mobile to reach the reception and most of the time they ignore your call.my stay with my child was terrible

The food was good and the staff was exceptional. They were all readily available to assist the guests. My review is for sun and sund towers which is within the resort. I don't like the rooms at the resort at all. The management needs to renovate the resort rooms and am sure this will attract more guest to come here.

First room given was leaking at the bathtub amd also the HVAC system was also leaking on the beds they informed us they were aware and their engineers were working round the clock ...
