A beautiful and well-maintained property, cleaned to a high standard and fully kitted out for a group of 12 to stay for a very enjoyable week. Great communication both prior to and during the stay. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Thanks for a brilliant week!

Everything was great !!!

De woning was zoals beschreven en goed voorzien van alle faciliteiten en een mooi zwembad. Goed onthaal door Nuno . De poetshulp Kitty was vriendelijk en kwam 3x per week. In de buurt waren veel restaurants, wel is een auto nodig om boodschappen te doen. We waren met 7 volwassenen en hebben en leuke, relaxte en verzorgde vakantie gehad in Casa do Lasco.

A casa está bem equipada para um grupo grande, a parte exterior e muito agradavel, com uma vista desafogada e decorada com muito charme ,boa para aproveitar tanto os dias cm as boas noites. Não adoramos a localização da casa nem o entorno mas fica bastante perto da Quinta do Lago e relativamente perto das praias da zona . Proprietário extremamente prestável e os responsáveis pelo “ meet and greet” tambem. Como ponto menos bom e cm critica construtiva seria bom que limpassem mais regularmente a piscina, durante a semana que la estivemos nao foi la ninguem no entanto estava perfeitamente capaz de ser utilizada. Obrigada.

Villa très agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée ! La vue est magnifique avec la mer en arrière plan. Piscine 👍🏼 Située plutôt dans les terres mais en voiture proche de toutes commodités et de ville très sympa à visiter à l’algarve. Nous avons été ravie et sans hésitez nous la relouerons !

We booked the villa last minuet (booked Thurs and arrived on Sat) and I've got to say we were thrilled. The villa was clean and as expected, all the facilitates were great and the rooms good sizes. We were provided clear and detailed instructions and met at the airport. The pool was fantastic, the kids spent hours in it! Myself and my family have stayed in a lot of villas around the area and what we really special about Casa Do Lasco was the view, being able to see the sea during the day and the stars at night was really special. We had a truly lovely time, I would recommend and we are planning to go back.

Lovely spacious villa ample room for our party of 11 , 6 Adults and 5 Children. Lovely large pool great for the children. Villa was lovely and clean and the maid was very nice. If I had to say anything negative it would be the need for air con although all the rooms were provided with a fan which did the job. Games room was great for the children when they were,t in the pool. The Villa is in a great position for travelling the Algarve. Close to many restaurants and supermarkets, and the view is amazing. Would recommend hiring a car to visit many of the attractions in the Algarve. Overall a great holiday had by all

From the first contact with the owners, everything was just right for our four generations group. The interior layout, decor and ornaments/pictures were an endless source of pleasure, and three sets of table and chairs for ten made dining-in very easy. Outside, the pool area was well stocked with plenty of loungers, chairs and small tables, with dozens more interesting items adorning every wall, and got the sun from morning until dusk. Main facade looked out across the pool towards the sea, with an uninterrupted vista, which never failed to amaze.

Fantastic Villa, ideal for large family, plenty of room ,(there was ten of us -three generations) Highly recommended, would definitely go again Sorry to have to come home

The owner Tim prior to arrival was excellent with all his help and advice. The property itself although slightly away from the coast was brilliant for a large family group but the real star was the view, uninterrupted all the way to the coast. The pool was very nice with plenty of loungers and the villa had an internal covered area to get out of the sun when needed. We made use of the BBQ and ate our meals outside. The villa was cleaned by Bella 3 times a week and she did a great job along with the pool guy who popped round twice a week. One of our party hired a car which was needed but we took advantage of our airport transfer guy called Francois who was brilliant and just about always available. We also met Nuno and Vera the owners representatives who were very helpful. The games room although slightly dated provided some interesting games of pool and table football although the cushions on pool table need replacing. The surrounding bars are very much frequented by locals but we were always welcome given we seemed to be the only English around. When we got out and about Villamoura was stunning as ever but Vale do Lobo beach was outstanding. All in all a very successful holiday with family but made even more special by our granddaughter who was an absolute dream. Love Portugal

In a time when payments of holiday funds are often blindly made at a touch of a button and in slight trepidation of a properties actual existence (we were nearly caught out by 2 fake property listings!) , we were really fortunate to come across this villa and more importantly to come across such honest and trustworthy owners in Tim and Rebecca.Their timely communications both verbally and by e-mail were refreshingly helpful and put us at immediate ease both with the existence of the villa and in assurance of the quality of our stay. This helpful theme continued throughout our actual stay with all the people lined up by Tim including the villa host, cleaner and taxi contacts being extremely accommodating and even going out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. The villa itself was immaculately presented and met all of our needs...which for a party of 14 with 4 small children was a big ask! There was plenty of space, entertainment, eating areas and shade and the pool was also big enough to cater for all. We were there at the time of the 2016 football Euros so a couple of evenings we gathered around the internet TV and again there was plenty of room to accommodate all. The views from the villa were lovely, made even more special by the uphill location but I would recommend a hire car or a big shop by taxi for your catering requirements if in a big party as the walk to local supermarkets carrying crates of lager, water and lots of food can be challenging in the heat. A great time was had by all, and my sincere thanks to Tim and all of his team who made our holiday - we would definitely return.

We had a great time as a large family group in this lovely villa. Everything was supplied and the villa was spotless and regularly serviced. Free wifi, lovely swimming pool and beautiful views. Would certainly recommend for a stay for large groups. We hired a car and had easy access to nearby beaches, towns and golf resorts.

I took 12 friends out for my 21st birthday. We had an amazing time relaxing by the pool, having BBQS and drinks in the evenings!! It is a perfect size villa and has got everything you need. I would advise you to have a car because we didn't. The local taxi service is very good. Very close to towns to go and play mini golf, clubbing or out for supper. The only thing I was that after 11 you do have to be silent. I would definitely stay in this villa again.

I have recently submitted a review to trip advisor describing our stay which is yet to be published. I should also like to review our stay on the Owners Direct site. We were a family party of 13 across three generations. The villa accommodated us all very comfortably! There are plenty of quiet little areas to escape the crowd and relax with a book. The villa is beautifully furnished and impeccably maintained. The owners and their agents could not have been more helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay! The villa has extensive views to the ocean and one of our favourite areas was the covered outdoor living room overlooking the pool. It was a shady and comfortable retreat from the sunny poolside. We were able to relax and enjoy the views whilst supervising the pool! Ther are plenty of amenities locally and a range of supermarkets within a short drive. There is also an excellent restaurant within walking distance. I would recommend a stay at Casa Do Lasco without any reservation! The attention to detail is amazing even providing pool inflatables.This was not something we were expecting and which subsequently lead to a serious case of pool overcrowding when we added four whales to the already generous pool population! A brilliant base from which to explore the Central Algarve.

Good Points:- What a superb Villa. We were a group of 9, age range 6 months to 52 yrs old and there was enough room to have your own space. The bedrooms were large and spacious. 2 huge fridge freezers allow room for plenty of food and the odd bottle of wine!!! The views are stunning over Almancil and Faro. If you are looking for peace and quite then this is the villa for you. Restaurants to look out for are A Quinta, 2 mins down the road, Van Gough and Gourmet Naturel all superb if you are looking for a special meal. Booking is recommended as they are very popular. This villa is definately recommended!!! Bad Points:- Kitchen could do with updating as could the appliances as you cant see settings as the markings have worn away. The walk back from the local town Vale Formoso is a bit hilly so not suitable for anyone with a disability. Airconditioning would be an added bonus also.
