Lovely apartment in convienient location for the beach, Carmel Market and public transport. Apartment was clean and Laurence was a very accommodating host. Could have been clearer about the extra charges for electricity on the listing.

We had a wonderful stay! Laurence was thoughtful and responsive and great to work with. It's an ideal location in the heart of Tel Aviv.

A very well located apt with very friendly owners. 2 minute walk from the beach. very clean. As for the privacy of the rooms - only one of the bedrooms is factually isolated from the rest of the area, the bedroom upstairs is a kind of an alcove, though very cozy. But has no wall along the balcony, so no privacy there (if it is of importance). Definitely recommend.

Great space and great location. The home is clean, and the property manager was easy to communicate. The only issue we had is that we didn't have hot water for showering while we were there. The property manager did come to try to fix the issue, but we continued to have cold showers for the rest of the stay.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Tel Aviv. The location was terrific as it was a short walk to the beach and easy access to a lot on foot. Able to walk to Jaffa for dinner and to the Tel Aviv Port as well. The apartment is comfortable but a little noisy. Next door they start making bread early in the morning which woke up my wife each day. Laurence and Guy were very nice hosts and quite accommodating. The met us at the apartment and gave us some ideas of things to do and places to eat. When there was a problem, they addressed it right away. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was perfect for our 1-week stay and offered plenty of room for my husband and me plus our adult daughter (who was grateful for her own bathroom). It was an ideal location: 2 blocks from the beach, and easily walkable to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. We highly recommend it. Parking is a challenge in the neighborhood, so once we arrived we gave up our rental car and never missed it!

The upstairs ceiling is kind of low. People taller than 5'6" (1.6 meters) might not be comfortable up there.
