Lovely house for extended family of parents, grandparents, aunts and teenagers . Just as good as looks in pictures . Well equipped and furnished. Plenty to do around. High spot was sea views , sunsets and moon rises. Loved outside space. Recommend MAD restaurant . Many thanks

Wir haben wunderbare, sehr entspannte zwei Wochen verbracht. Der Blick von der Terrasse war so atemberaubend, dass wir gar keine Lust hatten Essen zu gehen sondern lieber Blick und Pool genossen haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und erlaubt entspanntes Kochen mit mehreren Helfer:innen. Von den 5 Zimmern sind drei prima und zwei mit Abstrichen da sie sehr klein sind, keine eigenen Fenster haben und eins ein Etagenbett hat. Ansonsten kann man sehr gut zu 10. das Haus bewohnen. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.

We spent a full week at this home and it was wonderful! We chose the Silver Coast so that we would have a home base and alternate between long day trips and closer, shorter visits. We immediately felt like hime in this house, enjoyed the pool, table tennis, grill, sunsets, and comfort. We definitely consider returning and can easily accommodate another 2-3 people. Arry is an exceptional host and communicates quickly.

Arry's property is a real gem. Though there are neighbouring houses in close proximity, there was no one staying in them aside from a day or two here and there, giving us a wonderfully private and quiet stay. The ocean views are spectacular and the indoor outdoor space is wonderful.

My family and I were excited to stay here but were, of course, a little sceptical about the how good the property looked in the pictures - as I'm sure most people will attest that often the property looks better in pictures than when you arrive. We were stunned when we arrived, with the property boasting a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the sea. The interior was also great, featuring everything we needed for our stay and were especially surprised by a welcome hamper for our stay. Over the course of the week we were there we were always in awe of the view. The area is relatively quiet with a few other properties around the villa. There is a direct path down to the beach, which was equally as stunning as the villa. Our favourite part of the villa was the table tennis/BBQ area, where we cooked a variety of fish/meats each evening and enjoyed competitive games of table tennis whilst it cooked. The table is on the far end of the property, so the wind from the sea doesn't impact the ball too much. Our only advice to other people is to definitely book late May or June onwards if possible. We booked in mid-May and got a bit of rotten luck with the weather, with the majority of our stay being a little cloudy. However, there were some good days in amongst the cloudy forecasts. It was also a little windy during our stay, but as stated this could have been down to the weather. That said, a stunning view overlooking the sea will inevitably have wind, regardless of the weather. It's also worth bearing in mind you will likely need a car for your trip. The villa is about a 40-60 minute walk to Nazare, the nearest town. Arry provided a good list of local points of interest, and it's definitely worth giving some of these a visit. The last surprise for us were the local celebrities in the area - a family of three goats that roamed around the villas! All were friendly enough (and don't worry, they couldn't enter the property) and we enjoyed going over to say hi to them as we'd set off to explore the beach/Nazare/etc. In summary, we were extremely happy with our stay and are already planning our second trip next year to the same place with a bigger group, I could not recommend this stay enough!

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern und wie im Text beschrieben einfach unglaublich schön gelegen. Es ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Mittags auf den Liegen entspannt erholt, gelesen und genossen.Der Pool ist toll und vor allem mit ein bisschen tiefe so das man ordentlich schwimmen kann. Abends kann man in der geräumigen Küche zusammen kochen und auf der Terrasse bei einem Glas Wein die Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Genau das was wir gesucht hatten.

Es war einfach nur schön, das Haus , die Lage, der ziemlich leere Strand und die Strandbar in der Nähe. Der Blick ist unbezahlbar ♥️

This is a beautiful place, very well maintained, with two separate apartments, connected through an in-house staircase. The upper, main apartment has three bedrooms (2+2+1.5), two bathrooms (1 w shower, 1 w bathtub) a fully equipped kitchen and a very large living + dining room. The lower apartment has two bedrooms (2+2), one bathroom (shower), kitchen and living/dining room. The washing machine and dryer for both apartments is in the downstairs bathroom. Both apartments give access to a large pool and terrace area. The highlight of the house is clearly the very large pool and the view over the beach and the sea! The host Arry and her administrator here in Portugal, João, were super-friendly and helpful in all communications as well as in the maintenance of the place! The access to the beach is unfortunately not the direct route, downwards, but one has to go back up 50 meters and then either a pretty steep sand piste of c. 500-600m downwards, or a longer walk to the main Légua beach. Supermarkets and Nazaré, which in summer is a very lively beach town, with lots of great restaurants, are all nearby, within 8-10kms distance. A car is clearly required here, since there is zero infrastructure (except the beach bar) in Falca. This place is close to perfect, if it were not for the weather, which in this region of Portugal tends to be 5-10 degrees colder than in the South and where it can happen in summer that you are 1-2 weeks with clouds and colder weather (15-20 degrees). For anyone who doesn’t mind this disadvantage, it’s probably one of the best beach houses we have seen to rent!

A casa estava muito limpa, a localização é excelente para quem pretende descansar e passar algum tempo em família.

Muy buena ubicación. La playa esta a 5 min andando. No hay mucha gente y esto último es de agradecer en época de covid. La casa es Excelente para disfrutar en familia

In this day and age it is hard to find a secluded beach that it not overcrowded and has a lot of high rise hotels. There is one property left and it is The Falca House. Empty beach, beautiful water from a house with a great view.

Even better than advertised. The location and the pool are breathtaking. The property is extremely well maintained and well appointed. Took full advantage of the "barbecue house". We loved our stay here. This is a clean ,spacious villa in a great location. It has a very peaceful setting with dramatic sea views and sunsets , but it is also well placed for local supermarkets and restaurants. Only around 90 minutes from Lisbon airport.

Tolle Lage und absolut traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. Der Pool war - vor allem bei den Kindern - der Hit und die Küche ist wirklich großzügig ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns der Hausmeister empfangen und uns noch mit Tipps versorgt. Herzlichen Dank - auch für die Willkommensgeschenke - und viele Grüße!

Villa avec vue fantastique.Du coup il y a toujours du vent et quelques embruns. Villa spacieuse avec beaucoup de marches...plutôt bien équipée.Problème d’humidité dans les chambres et salle de bains réglé partiellement avec déshumidificateur mais il y a des odeurs dans les placards quand même. Piscine agréable mais non sécurisée. Quelques jeux pour les enfants dans une chambre . Équipement extérieur suffisant avec transat et fauteuil.

Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites chez Arry. Une vue imprenable sur l'océan, maison très confortable pour 3 familles, propre, bien équipée. La plage est sauvage et magnifique. Nous reviendrons.

This villa is very spacious and well-equipped. However, it's the exterior that is the highlight; the good-sized infinity pool overlooks the beautiful beach and, at night, the sunsets are stunning. It's tucked away in a quiet village that is lovely and peaceful but, in contrast, you have the nearby town of Nazare which has a great array of bars, restaurants and activities. The funicular railway up to Sitio is a must. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Dieses Haus verspricht viel und wir würden keine Sekunde zögern und es unseren liebsten Freunden sofort weiterempfehlen. Wir fühlten uns sofort zuhause (vielen lieben Dank für die frischen Blumen und die Willkommensgeschenke) und genossen unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung mit unserem Mietauto unternommen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar und einfach wunder wunderschönen. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (9 Personen) dort. Das Haus ist der Traum!!! Der Blick auf das Meer, Ausstattung des Hauses (Küche, großer Esstisch, Zimmer) alles war blitzsauber... einfach wunderbar.

Das Objekt ist tatsächlich so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern dargestellt. Eine traumhafte Lage, der Blick ist nich zu toppen und die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Liebevoll eingerichtet, frische Blumen beim Ankommen.... Was will man mehr, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen....
