La nostra casa vacanza è un condominio con 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni, al 3 ° piano di un complesso sulla spiaggia. Ha un balcone con splendida vista sulla spiaggia e il complesso dispone di un ascensore interno - non trasportare la roba da spiaggia su e giù per le scale!
Situato in un complesso tranquillo e privato con 2 invitanti piscine nel cortile e vasche idromassaggio, ingresso interno della hall, 2 campi da tennis, gestione in loco, ingresso recintato al complesso, e situato proprio accanto al parco acquatico SCHLITTERBAHN! Abbiamo appena ristrutturato con gusto la proprietà in modo che tu possa essere uno dei primi a goderselo. Splendide viste sulla spiaggia dalla cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e balcone. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino stando seduti sul balcone appena decorato guardando la bellissima alba sul Golfo del Messico. Il nostro appartamento è un rifugio rilassante per famiglie e coppie.

We booked a trip to South Padre on a whim and I’m so glad we stayed here! This is pretty much everything I wanted for a condo when looking for accommodations. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all we needed for a day at the beach. The owner was very helpful whenever we had questions and even talked me through a grocery delivery to the condo. The pool was perfect and you’re literally steps away from the beach. Take the time to sit on the balcony in the morning and have a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. We’ll most certainly be back!

Beautiful condo on the beach outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was in good working order and location is fantastic - walk to beach. Host was excellent with communicating. We would return again to this property!

The property was fantastic! It was actually closer to the beach than we thought, an easy walk. It had all of the beach gear that we needed, which made things do much easier. The kitchen was well equipped so we could make meals at home. The bedrooms are nice and we had anything we needed. The only thing we could have asked for were a few more beach towels, as we were washing them daily by the time we hit the beach in the morning and the pool in the evening. Overall, one of the best rentals we’ve ever had.

Rosanna has excellent communication, from booking, staying, and compleating our stay!
Her condo was spacious for our family of 7! And not to mention nice and clean! She also had so many extras for us to use at the beach! Boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, tennis rackets, chairs, and so much more! It made it so much easier for us, especially with our 3 kiddos!
I also loved how she had all the basics and more in her kitchen! We were able to cook most of our meals during our stay, which was nice! We didnt have to worry about going out and spending a fortune just on meals. We just bought groceries and cooked all our own!
Also, a huge plus for me was all the towels she had available! We love the beach and pool, and swam everyday were were there, and there was enough towels for swimming and showers for all of us to use everyday we were there! The washing machine and dryer was so convenient as well!
I loved the views from her condo! The photos dont do it justice! It really is beautiful!
We can not wait to book again! Im already trying to see when our next available free time is! And ive alreday shared this place with several friends who plan to book soon too!

We had the best time on our Spring Break vacation! The unit had EVERYTHING we needed and I mean EVERYTHING! We forgot Aloe Vera of all things! No problem because there were two bottles in the unit. It was so nice not having to pack beach chairs and boogie boards! We definitely loved saving car space. The kids loved the layout of the condo! Our younger two loved the gaming system and our teenager loved having her own room! It was super clean and quiet. Lots of other families and no college spring break craziness! It was the perfect layout for our family of 5! Our kids are 5,11 and 14. Rosanna was an amazing host and so thoughtful! My birthday was over our stay and she left a cake and candles in the fridge for me. We definitely enjoyed it! We are coming back over the summer! The location is great being at the beginning of the island- the beach wasn’t crazy crowded. This is a MUST BOOK!

Had a nice 3 day stay on South Padre Island. Weather did not cooperate so we never went on the beach. It was a short walk to the beach and the. Iew from the condo is great. Condo is beautifully redecorated. Had everything we needed. Communication with owner was fabulous. Thanks for a nice get away.

Rosanna was truly an amazing host. This place has absolutely everything you could need- beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon to get all of it down to the beach (there’s an elevator which makes this all easy peasy). The beach is RIGHT THERE when you exit the building. And once you’re done at the beach, there are outdoor showers right where you originally exited so you can rinse off before heading back into the building. I honestly couldn’t imagine a more convenient way to enjoy the beach.
The unit was also spotless. My husband has pretty high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and he thought it was wonderful in that regard. So many clean, fluffy towels were provided (body, face, hand), plenty of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen so you can pretty much whip anything up. There’s also a very nice washer and dryer to use. It has a hand wash setting which is so helpful for more delicate bathing suits and coverups.
I could go on and on all day, but I’ll wrap with how responsive and kind Rosanna was. I called twice- when I first arrived and was a dodo who couldn’t figure out the very easy gate, and after we checked out to say thanks for everything! She answered both times and was a delight to talk to. This was such an amazing experience all around. We cannot wait to return. Book it- you won’t regret it.

We had a magical time on South Padre Island and the surrounding area. The white sands of South Padre are magical, water warm, and the property is perfect for enjoying them. Loved the tennis court, too. Get all your gear (skim boards, etc) at the outfitters about 100 yards from the property - but the host had umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and a nice cart in which to carry it all the short walk to the beach. Condo is great for hanging out and enjoying family time as well.

This was the perfect condo. It was stocked with everything we could want and more. The location was perfect, the owner was full of information and always available. We used her info sheet daily to choose restaurants etc.

My 2 daughters and I stayed several nights for my 70th birthday! We had a lot of fun and the condo was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Spent a lot of time down at the pool but didn't use beach access this visit. We live close to So. Padre so we can beach when we want but we usually stay only once a year or so. We made a very good choice using Rosanna's condo this year. Thanks for everything!

The property was perfect for our family vacation. It was well kept, clean, well stocked, and a VERY short walk to the beach. The bedrooms were perfect in size, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook/make yourself at home. Check-in process was very quick and easy; the security team was very friendly and always around. The host was attentive and quick to respond to email/messages. The proximity to restaurants and grocery store delivery is excellent. It was SO convenient to have beach towels, chairs, and umbrella to borrow during our stay. We will definitely book again.

First of all the location is absolutely gorgeous. It is right on the ocean front in South Padre Island near the end of other resorts so the beach was not that crowded. Now the condo itself was wonderful. It was extremely clean and I know because my older daughter Insists on extreme cleanliness and this met her standards! The beds were super comfortable, so I slept well. The kitchen was updated and new and everything worked well. I really don’t have one complaint about the condo or our stay there. The hostess communicated very well and gave us great information about check in, locations of places to go, etc. We definitely want to return!! 5 stars!!!

Overall i was extremely impressed with how clean the condo was and how stocked!!!! We had absolutely everything we needed from spices, oils, coffee, to shampoo, conditioner, to even skin and body care products. As a mother and woman i truly can appreciatethis!!!!! I've stayed in a few Vrbo properties and this one makes top 2!!!! Rosanna was amazing and extremely tentative. The only flaw was the fan, in the master bedroom, was missing the string for the setting. However the condo stayed cool at all times so i did not feel the need to bother our amazing host! My family enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Everything was perfect from the pool, beach access, and the parking everything was perfect!!!!!! Definitely recommend.

Awesome condo with direct beach access. Very clean and well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. We had a wonderful time during our stay and host Rosanna was very responsive. Check in was a breeze and gated parking plentiful. 100% recommend this vacation rental.

It was a great condo, the only problem i had was the elevators was out of service most of the stay and i have foot problem so it took a lot of my time goung places and returning to the room
