Ambienta, camera arata bine, doamna care ne-a servit zambeste mereu si este tare draguta. Ne-a oferit ce am vrut la micul de jun.
Cand am vrut sa platesc cu tichetele de vacanta la receptie, o doamna diferita de ce a care ne-a servit a fost ințepată.

Pensiunea este OK doar, destul de curata, patul confortabil (depinde de preferinte, salteaua era moale, ceea ce mie mi-a placut). Parcarea destul de greu de gasit, e in spatele proprietatii, pe o alee destul de ingusta.
In baie era un miros neplacut care a persistat (cel mai probabil filtrul de la aerisire nu fusese schimbat demult), mobila destul de vechiuta, ar putea fi schimbata pentru preturile la care se cer aici. Zona nu e deloc OK, probabil de vina erau si lucrarile din zona (se asfalta) si era mult noroi peste tot). Nu prea sunt restaurante decente prin zona si nu prea e nimic de vazut si de facut, eu am stat doar o noapte in tranzit si a fost destul de OK.

The room is very clean, the breakfast offers you the possibility to chose what you like, the lady we meet in the morning when we had breakfast is very friendly and nice.
A few improvments can be made in the room: in the bathroom a place to put the shower gel is needed, inside the shower cabin. the bed should be moved in front of the TV not sideways, a supplementary chair/ armchair would be useful.
The dimension of the room is diminished because of the lower ceiling of the attic.

Quiet place, not too far from the city centre (by car), with access to some supermarkets in the area.
The room was advertised with king-size bed and seating area, and it had neither of them.

This was our second stay in this hotel and again, we liked everything about it.
Big and clean room, nice staff, very good breakfast.
There is also a small mini bar in the room with a good selection.
Breakfast room also had a shelf with board games and childrens books what our son really enjoyed. There is also a nice little garden behind the house.
A perfect place to relax, we would always stay here again!

Very plesant hosts, nice clean rooms, quiet place not far from the city center, free parking in the courtyard. A nice garden where you can enjoy an evening drink or a morning coffee and do some work in the meantime. Amazing and caring staff.

The property looks really nice. Especially the second floor rooms. They are really comfortable, and added bonus, You have free Netflix 😍 in the second floor rooms. The breakfast is really good! For such a small location the breakfast is more than enough! The eggplant salat and roasted pepper salad were amazing! Also small mozzarella balls and the cheese ( telemea) were really good! The owner kept asking us, if we were ok, what we would like to eat the next morning! The location is really good, 7-8 min by car to Timisoara city center and Iulius Town.
The internet speed in the first floor room was really slow 5Mbs download and 4Mbs upload. The 4G speeds are around 50Mbs. The second floor the internet worked good. In the first floor room, it got really hot in the night and couldn’t sleep well.

There were no window blinds/shades and a powerful light kept us from having a good sleep all night.

Very nice staff with good communication. We made a last minute reservation and they were very helpful.
It was an excelent stay with a very nice breakfast.
The only thing which we found less good was the power of the water which came out of the shower.
