I cannot stress enough the incredible feeling of jumping into the sea at any moment of the day or night. We spent many hours lounging in the waters revelling in our luck. We were so conveniently located to everything west coast, an easy bus ride to Bridgetown and beyond towards the south coast as well. The primary bed is incredibly comfortable, the outdoor balcony becomes our hangout thanks to the bifold doors that open up completely to the west horizon. Mr. Michael, Grantley and Sally the owner were all accessible and accommodating. We will be back for sure. Barbados after Hurricane Beryl was a dream and we feel so grateful to everyone on this little island for showing us how resilient and kind you are. My heart ❤️

We stayed at Little Reef for one week in June 2024. We were 4 adults sharing the space. We thoroughly enjoyed both the location and home. It truly felt like a home. The beach couldn't have been any closer. Check in was very smooth and both Michael and Grantley were very helpful. We enjoyed swimming and snorkelling directly off of the patio. The kitchen was very well stocked. Our only suggestion would be for an update of the bathrooms and kitchen. We would definitely stay again in Fitt's Village. It was very easy to find our way to wherever we wanted to go.

Our stay at Little Reef was amazing. This wonderfully charming property was nothing short of a perfect get away. Michael was the consummate property manager and Grantley was a perfect gentleman.
The place was clean and felt like a well cared for "home" not just a rental. Everything worked and was very comfortable. All the amenities were great. Loved the Weber grill! That is a rarity in Barbados.
The view is perfect and the deck is the best. I am a big fan of the heat so I loved being able to open the doors/glass walls in the living area and sliding door the bedroom and be one with outside. At times the heat was a bit much and there was no A/C in the main living area but we worked that out as the A/C in the other rooms compensated nicely but a separate oscillating fan would have been nice for the heat and some of the mosquitos at night.
The travel book helped with finding places and Little Reef was listed for the catamaran cruise pick up right from your front door. The location of this property was great for access to the buses and walking distance to many attractions and bars and beaches.
Snorkeling right outside our back door was the best and we saw everything from fish to eels to octopus. The access to the water is the best from directly behind the house which was perfect. The west coast beaches are tranquil and azure, the water here was perfect. I highly recommend this rental for it's value, access, charm and location. FYI, I accidentally signed out of Netflix. Sorry.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Little Reef. Our 1st time was 5 years ago. This stay was just as relaxing and satisfying as our last. The addition of the wifi and TV was a welcome improvement. Michael and Grantly were very responsive to some questions we had. This villa is a hidden gem.

This large apartment is a great value for the location right on the beach. The waves are crashing literally just outside the patio. Getting to the safe swim beach can be a bit dicey with the surf so close and the rocks so near. Timing is everything.
The place is not fancy but it is comfortable and has everything you need. There is an upstairs apartment with guests that share the patio, which was no problem but we were lucky to have good people in there at the time.
We had a pair of monkeys come through the back patio and they were surprisingly amazing to see.
The back doors open up to the big blue Caribbean Sea and bring in a nice breeze. We watched all the action of boats, catamarans and jet skis coming and going until sunset. The views really make Little Reef worth the stay.

Great location, caring owner and team, beautiful beach, sunsets, no big crowds, close to fresh fish market and local grocery stores. Buses can take you everywhere. Price was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Just the perfect Bajan place. We’ll set up, really comfortable, on the water, great location with access to everything. Little Reef is a well loved family place that we all get to share. Great host and local managers who are on hand whenever needed. Highly recommended

Another fantastic stay at Little Reef
I can’t rate this place highly enough. The location is perfect, the apartment well equipped. Grantley and Michael can’t do enough to help out during your stay if you need anything and Sally is a great host. This property is probably the best all round place I’ve ever found on VRBO! The reviews say it all really.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at Little Reef. The location is great and has direct ocean access with small coral reefs, lots of fish and the occasional turtle. The apartment had everything we needed and has restaurants, beaches and a grocery store within walking distance. The only small drawback is the road which is very busy and noisy at times.

Seaside heaven
We had a lovely time at Little Reef and thank goodness we were there.. My wife having had an accident , whilst walking on the dodgy Barbados pavement and we were obliged to stay around the appartement much longer than expected. However the views help us with the various boating and shipping activities to watch. It also enabled me to go swimming frequently between my chores. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Unlike some places where you get all sparkling white tops meant for show this was homely and we loved it.. Micheal was always available if needed and welcomed us in whilst showing us around. Grantley, next door, kept the terrace free from sand and debris. With the supermarket in walking distance we made good use of the kitchen. We loved it.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We much prefer our own space and this place gave us that. Views of the sea from the master bedroom and the living space, walk straight out and it’s like being on a boat. The waves crash below you which is lovely. The sunset is also stunning.
Bus stops a moment away to take you up to Holetown or down to Bridgetown easily flagged down and can be very fun (get the yellow bus!)
House is perfect has everything you might need.
Would definitely return.

Great snorkelling just outside your door!
This west coast accommodation is very convenient to exploring Barbados! Beautiful setting on the water too! The lower apartment was very nicely outfitted but could use a little updating. Only negative to our whole experience was the loud traffic early in the morning.
The property owners were a pleasure to deal with!

A view to die for
It really is a beautiful location. The villa needs a little tlc, nothing major, new bedroom furniture and a proper clean, it certainly won’t stop us booking again. The location, views etc overcome the minor gripes.

Excellent Property
The location of the property on the water is exceptional. The indoor/outdoor living with patios allowed a great view of the ocean and sunsets. The aircon units in the bedrooms are exceptionally quiet. Nearby access to groceries and bus service.

Great property with direct access onto beautiful beach
Loved this property with its fantastic location and views straight out to sea. The best place to sit in the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Well equipped kitchen, great for us as we love to cook. The property is on the main road but this didn’t bother us at all, we only used the main bedroom which looks out over the sea so noise wasn’t a problem for us. Easy to explore the rest of the island from here, we had a car but there are frequent buses from just outside.
The only possible downside is that the main terrace is shared with the flat upstairs which can feel a bit intrusive at times. Over all a lovely place with outstanding views, we really enjoyed our stay.

A little piece of heaven!
We are already missing the sounds of the waves and our daily walks on the beach. It is amazing to be able to have our meals sitting on the patio watching boats go by and feeling the warm breezes. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need. Michael greeted us and gave us a tour of the villa when we arrived and was helpful and a call away to answer any questions as well as Sally herself. Samantha came in after our first-week stay and changed the sheets and cleaned. She is a delight. We had read other reviews where they wrote about the road noise and since we reside in the country at home we were concerned about this but had no issues. We slept well because the traffic is quiet overnight. The yellow buses were quite an adventure and took us basically everywhere we wanted to go. Our tour guide and taxi driver Dale was amazing and we learned so much about the island and it's history on the tours he took us on. Jordon's grocery store a 5 min walk away provided most of what we needed but Massey's in Holetown, a 5 to 10 min bus drive away depending on traffic, had everything we could get at home. We met a lovely woman a block from Jordon's named Laurelle who was a perfect treasure. She runs 'Laurelles Kitchen' where you could order a meal in the morning and pick up for lunch or dinner at reasonable rates so was our favorite. Le Cabanne was our ultimate dining experience a 5 min bus ride away on Batts Rock beach. Hands down the best lamb we ever ate. The weather is undeniably the best we have encountered anywhere on our travels with consistent daytime temps of 29C. Thanks go out to Grantley who was sweet and kept the grounds beautiful. There are just too many positives about this apartment but the top three are:
1) Stunning backyard- couldn’t get enough of the view and the sound of the calming sea
2) Can reach the quiet beach within seconds
3) Right next to amenities including the bus stop to get you to Holetown

Little Reef is a perfect little hideaway
We had a lovely two week stay at Little Reef. Right on a perfect quiet beach, within easy reach of all the West Coast has to offer. Bed was comfy, air con great, WiFi fast and the apartment although basic had everything you needed. The sunsets were spectacular!

Best backyard ever!
When we booked, we were torn between the tourist area of the South side of the island or the calmer waters on the West coast. We visited the South coast, great bars and restaurants, but best beaches are West coast hands down. Go the grocery store, load up and relax at the Little Reef. Nice Italian place a short walk down the beach. When we go back to Barbados this is the place I will look at first for availability!!

Beautiful Views
Our 5 day stay was to commemorate our 30th wedding anniversary since we had visited Barbados on our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Reef. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We had wonderful weather which allowed us to enjoy the spectacular views and dine on the porch. One of the highlights for the place was the wonderful snorkeling equipment that was provided. We went snorkeling 3 out of 5 days right off the beach and saw some beautiful tropical fish as well as a Hawksbill Sea Turtle. There are some great restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Just a note about the seaweed that is all over the island- it was minimal on our beach and was gone the next day. If we ever come back to Barbados it will be to stay at Little Reef again.

Return to paradise
Just returned home from our 2nd stay at Little Reef. The very worst part is having to leave! We just love the old charm of the apartment and the location, beach and water is true paradise. Grantley and Michael are so friendly and helpful as are most all Bajans we met. Only snag is that the house is on the main noisy busy road, but that will not stop up from dreaming of a return! Thank you Sally for another week full of priceless memories in your beautiful home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved just sitting watching activities on the water and enjoying the ocean breezes. One negative being the noise from the road and it took a while to get used to the security system. So many keys! But we had a wonderful visit. Once again Barbados did not disappoint. Perfect
Had a fantastic stay at Little Reef. The apartment is in a great location, easy to get to various beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Some reviews mention it’s quiet noisy being close to the road but that did not bother us in the slightest. Listening to the sea and waking up to that view more than made up for it.
Apartment was much more spacious than it appears in the photos and was well equipped with everything you could need. Yes it was a little dated, but that’s Barbados style.
Plenty of outdoor space on the balcony and shared patio.
Would return to this property in a heartbeat.

Little piece of heaven!!!
This Little gem has the best view ever ! When you are in the balcony or terrace you feel like you are on a large balcony of a cruise ship !!! It makes you forget there is a very busy crazy noisy road out front ! The unit was clean and very well stocked kitchen for long stays We eat in a lot so had almost everything we needed Great having a washer and dryer too ! We can’t wait to return again !

Great and Relaxing stay!
We absolutely loved our stay in Fitts Village at Little Reef. The Sea is right at your feet. All the restaurants we tried were wonderful. Weather perfect with lower humidity! Sally was wonderful answering all my questions! We would definitely recommend a stay at Little Reef!

Very restful with beautiful sunsets
The apartment was very well equipped. It was well maintained and clean and comfortable. Great assistance from the caretaker and the owner. A short walk to a small grocery store and local restaurant. Ideally located right on the beach on the calm west side of the island. Just steps to the water. We spent hours watching boats, birds and sunsets. We will recommend it to friends and hope to return.

A wonderful place.
Little Reef was wonderful. The villa was very well equipped the large bed was so comfortable with a lovely view of the ocean .Lots of snorkelling even saw a turtle very close to the villa. The sunsets were lovely we really did not want to come home. Grantley and Michael were always available if required
