La proprietà del resort è composta da piccole isole che sono circondate da laghi e collegate da ponti. Property was as advertised and property manager was easy to work with. Only drawback was a balky golf cart that needs to be replaced. Too nice a property to have a barely functioning, old golf cart for tranportation on grounds.

beautiful tropical paradise...we loved the backyard with a view to the golf course and the pond with a small deck area to sit and relax...as well as the big back terrace...used the golf cart to get around - beautiful all around!

We had a great vacation at this property. It was our second time going to a condo at the St Regis. This condo is great, resort is beautiful and not overcrowded with fantastic service. The renter is extremely professional and we had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed the property. Management was thoughtful and timely. We did not have access to the golf cart the first day which was frustrating but they did rent us a replacement cart for the rest of the stay. Bahia itself is a wonderful place and this was a good place to have easy access to the resort. The television in the family room needs to be upgraded as it is dated and is not Wi-Fi / streaming enabled. Welcome package from management was appreciated and nice to have a few essential food items provided. Overall, great place. Would be happy to stay again.

We recently rented for a second time on this resort. Our first visit was cut short in March of 2020 when everything shut down due to Covid, so we were really excited to go back.
Upon arrival we got a call from the property manager stating that there was an issue with the golf cart and it was inoperable. She assured us it would be fixed the next day, Monday. Of course, no golf cart come Monday or Tuesday and when it was finally delivered, it didn’t work. So we went our full stay with no golf cart. We were promised a refund, but never got one. They just ghosted us when we repeatedly called and emailed to follow up.
I understand that things happen, but the lack of responsiveness from the property management was terrible and we will never book one of their condos again.
The condo itself is fine although there were dust bunnies in all of the corners and it didn’t feel particularly clean.
With all the choices at this resort, I’d recommend selecting a different villa and making sure it’s not managed by this property management company. (Apparently I’m not allowed to write their business name for some reason?!)

We have been to this resort previously and stayed at the hotel. We loved staying at this condo even more as it was the best of both worlds. We had access to everything the resort had to offer but with the privacy of our own space, kitchen, laundry, etc. Absolutely only fabulous things to say about this listing and this trip.

Just spent 5 perfect days at this beautiful villa. The home is wonderful - spacious, well-appointed, spotless and beautiful. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. Use of the golf cart was key. Loved the welcome groceries that were in the fridge for us. Dealing with the property manager was a dream. They were responsive and helpful and made everything easy. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals at home, which was helpful because the restaurant options at the resort are limited and expensive. The grounds are gorgeous. Our kids loved the activities at the Boathouse and the various beaches and pools. Truly wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

We just returned from a two week stay at the villa and we could not be more pleased! From the moment we booked our trip, the staff at The Marco Polo Collection was attentive and informative and they exceeded our service expectations! The villa itself was beautiful and very spacious with a remarkable patio and all the amenities you would expect and more! Fantastic Property and Amazing Location
We had a fantastic stay! A few little issues with the AC and golf cart, but beyond that, the apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean and in a fantastic location. Highly, highly recommend. Worked perfectly for two families - each with two parents and two young(er) kids. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Fantastic Family Vacation
From start to finish it was almost too easy. We've been to the St Regis several times so knew what to expect. The property was really perfect for us and incredibly beautiful. Well equipped, great location with a huge patio on the ground floor. Just can't say enough positive about our experience.

Great option for Bahia Beach
We have been coming to Bahia Beach and staying at the St. Regis, but we wanted to bring the entire family so we chose to stay in the Villas. This is a great option! We liked that the condo was ground floor so kids could go run around outside. The resort is wonderful, we spent the most time at the St. Regis pool/beach, but we enjoyed the food at the Beach Club. The property lived up to the description. The only issue we encountered involved the golf cart - this caused some stress, but a manager contacted us and solved the issue. All in all, the Villas at St. Regis are a great option if you're coming with a family, and this one lived up to expecatations!

Beautiful property but property management was not helpful
The property is amazing and just as described.
But we arrived at the property and no one was available to let us in. We waited for an hour and a cleaning person finally let us in. Then when we tried to reach them regarding some questions, they never responded.
Other than that, the place was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay again, and be much more careful about planning around the management company.

There was a book of detailed information provided, but the team was available to us from the moment we landed. All of my questions were answered before/during the trip. Perfect luxury condo on resort property
I stayed here with a group of six friends, and it could not have been more perfect. The condo is spacious, with lots of sleep space with numerous full/queen beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook full meals, and the use of the extra large golf cart made everything so easy, especially taking full advantage of all the amenities of the resort. I would return again!

Staycation Paradise
What a beautiful property! This was a perfect set up for our 2 families. We drove in after school on Thursday for a long weekend. It was close enough to still drive in for work for part of our party on Friday. The patio was peaceful and had lovely views. We cooked dinner at the Villa every night of our stay as the kids were beat after long days at the pool and beach. The golf cart was a perfect and fun addition. The kids loved the boathouse and all of its activities. We will definitely be back.

Tropical oasis
I took my family for a weeklong family vacation and we were overwhelmed at the beautiful resort. The grounds were immaculate and we felt very safe and secure while staying on the property. The proximity is very close to the airport only a 20 minute drive. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and my family spent hours having fun participating in all of the many amenities. The local restaurants are also amazing. We definitely will be back.

Wonderful Property!
We had an amazing stay. The apartment is spacious and the grounds are immaculately kept. Access to all St Regis facilities (for an additional fee) was key and our kids loved getting around by golf cart all week. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting PR!

Good but not Great
Our family of five and two grandparents spent a week at this well located villa, but the myriad of issues upon arrival were hard to overcome for the price. The AC was leaking water and didn’t work properly (too cold at 72, too hot at 73), the stove top didn’t work properly, ice maker failed, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the BBQ didn’t work.
Management took the appropriate steps to rectify, but it was inconvenient to have a repair man in the unit three times during our stay.
The resort and member area was fantastic. Clean, well appointed five star type amenities with great service. Can’t knock the greater experience, just disappointed with the condition of the villa.

Beautiful home in an amazing location
The home was beautiful and very representative of the photos. Lots of room, beautiful decor and everything you need from a home away from home. I stayed here for a week with my husband and 3 children (13, 8, 5) and had an amazing stay. Honestly, we rarely left the resort because we enjoyed all the amenities so much. There was so much to do between beach, pools and the boathouse activities. Everyone who worked at the St. Regis resort were very friendly and helpful as well as the team that manages the rental home. We had a small issue with the golf cart (another huge hit with my kids; they wanted to ride in it everywhere!) and it was quickly resolved while we were still enjoying the day at the pool. Again, the whole team was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a welcome package of food in the fridge to get you started (eggs, milk, bread, etc.) and there are a couple stores in a quick drive from the resort. All in all, an amazing trip. My husband said it best when he stated that it will be hard for me to beat this vacation; everyone loved it. I really hope we can return again another year because it was so incredible!

Beautiful Villa with exceptional resort amenities
Villa Margherita is tremendous rental! We stayed 6 days over Easter break and thoroughly enjoyed the rental and the resort. The Villa was more than accommodating for our family of five and the Marco Polo team was gracious with their detailed responses to any inquiries before the trip and made us feel like home when we arrived by supplying us with some goodies to get us going.
We used the spacious kitchen to prepare breakfast every morning, but it would allow for preparation of any meal.
The location is ideal on the resort as it allows for central access to the lake house, gym, and beach/pool area. The included golf cart made the trips around the resort an extra adventure.
Bahia beach is close to El Yunque, Old San Juan, and Luquillo Beach. All can be reached in less than a half hour drive and are great half to all-day excursions.
The villa, resort, and PR in general are all highly recommended.

Fantastic!
We shared the villa with another family with two young kids, so there were 8 of us. We all had a fantastic time and hope to return. The villa was perfect. The listing was very informative and accurate. The villa was in a great location on the property and was incredibly clean and well maintained. The villa came with one golf cart for 4 people. We rented a second one to accommodate our group from the golf shop and they delivered it to our villa. The owner/property management team was very easy to deal with and always responded quickly. While we were there, we had the resort passes and got to enjoy everything there - there was no reason to leave the resort. It was beautiful and relaxing! Highly recommend!

Perfection once again!
This was our second trip to the resort ion two years and I can't say enough positive things about our experience. The villa was beautiful and well suited for entertaining dinner guests. Annette is always a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be returning for a third time with friends and family!!
My only disappointment was the jets in the master bath tub didn't work and a "spa bath" is always a highlight of a vacation for my children.

Absolutely beautiful - can't wait to return!
This villa is absolutely beautiful. Everything about our stay was perfect. Dealing with Annette for booking was a pleasure. Quick responses to any questions I had and extremely helpful. As for the villa - we were 7 ladies and had more than enough room. The interior was clean and the pictures don't do it justice. It's directly on the golf course - which is beautiful! Security on the property is top notch. The beaches are so pretty. Having access to the golf cart was key for us to get around the property. We all said we would definitely come back for another girls weekend of relaxation. Oh, another super awesome touch was arriving and having some supplies put in the fridge to get us started (milk, coffee juice and even a bottle of rum!!). I honestly can't complain about anything. The boat house was right near the villa - we used the kayaks , SUP's and bicycles. The service at the pool was spot on. They even came around with chilled, almond scented wash clothes..so nice ! If you are considering this villa for your next vacation - I don't think you'll be disappointed. It's a great place for some relaxation in luxury. If you want to explore off the property or want nightlife you'll need a rental car, or use Uber (which was perfect for us). We can't wait to return!
