The property was perfect for the two of us, great AC, comfortable king bed, the wifi was good we even brought our roku. The best part of the beach (still plenty of sand at high tide),was only steps away, cut through the cemetery then past one house. The outdoor shower before you came back inside was key. We have been to Spanish wells before but this was our first time being so close to town, it was nice being able to walk to Budda's and short buggy trip to restaurants. The host was extremely helpful, picked us up and dropped off at ferry, when our golf cart broke down one day they had another one dropped off in under an hour. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Close to the beach, grocery store and every else with the included golf car. Used the bikes (and ferry) to bike to Ben Beach bay, Sapphire Hole and Preachers Cave on Eleuthera. Beautiful day trip! Just so people know ahead of time, the small island cemetery is right next door and walking through it is the shortest way to the beach. I enjoyed reading the headstones and have always enjoyed visiting cemeteries so I was fine. There may be others who have a problem with it, so just be aware. The beach isn't busy. I would find more starfish than people. It was very relaxing to walk through the water at low tide on the powdery sand. Used the kayaks to go around the island (go high tide) and out to the small islands off shore. Didn't find any areas to go snorkeling off shore. I hear you have to go out to the reef. Fun trip!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hidden Gem.The apartment was clean with all new appliances.We enjoyed the quiet,the outdoor shower,the easy walkable distance to what we wanted to do,even Papa Scoops! The owner gave us a ride to the dock on our way home since we had many bags to carry from Food Fair. We'll be back!

Staying in one of Sharon's rentals was beyond amazing. Well equiped, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. Spanish Wells holds a piece of my heart Sharon and Will live just down the road so anything they could do to help make your stay memorable and trouble free was beyond amazing. Beautiful island, kind people and sunshine. What more could you ask for?

Can’t wait to go back! First off Spanish Wells is a wonderful place this would be our third time going there and second time staying at one of Sharon’s properties. There’s simply no downside it’s a beautiful island. If you’re looking for a nice romantic low-key adventure this is it, walk the white sand beaches taking in its natural beauty. As I look up my window on my home and it’s 19 below zero actual temperature, I really can’t think of any downsides to Spanish Wells can’t wait to return thank you Sharon for an enjoyable experience.

Spanish Wells is one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. The ocean is amazing, food wonderful and fishing is great. Hidden Gem is a wonderful apartment for a week's stay while on vacation. It was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Sharon went out of her way to make us feel welcome, the apartment was immaculate and she even arranged transportation from the airport which included a ride from airport in N. Eleuthera to ferry and a ferry ride to Spanish Wells. We were met at the dock and taken straight to Hidden Gem. A golf cart was provided for the week for our transportation needs. I highly recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay on Spanish Wells! Sharon and Willis welcomed us they were fun to talk to, they had a golf cart ready that was included with their cute place. A very quick golf cart run (easy walk too) took us to the beach (don’t miss it at low tide! WOW!!) They have kayaks and paddle boards available for us to use. An outdoor shower is available too. I would totally stay here again, not far from the beach at all and they have a golf cart ready, kayaks and paddle boards. They really did think of everything! I HIGHLY recommend!

Second visit in Sharon’s properties. This one bedroom property is very spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Spanish wells is an island that makes you want to return. We are always delighted to be met and taken care of by Sharon

Check in process was so easy, Sharon arranged a taxi and ferry (price for this service was surprisingly cheap in my opinion, which was great!) and had someone pick us up on the dock to bring us to our place! It was very clean and comfortable. Loved having access to kayaks, paddle boards, a golf cart, and even bikes if we wanted! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We were sad to leave and will hopefully be back in the future.

We could have not been more pleased with our stay at Hidden Gem. The main room and the bedroom are very spacious with plenty of room to relax. The unit was clean as a whistle. We stayed 10 days and having the washer and dryer was a big bonus. Having the golf cart included was a big bonus. The location for us was perfect. Sharon is warm and checked up on us in a good way. She arranged all of the transportation to and from the island, which was a great help. She is an excellent host. I would highly recommend any of Sharon's properties. The next time we are in Spanish Wells we are definitely staying here again!

My daughter and I recently stayed here. It was wonderful!! The location in perfect. Short walk to the beach, the grocery, and the dock. Sharon greeted us upon arrival and was available every time we had a question. The house was clean and very well kept with extra towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. We loved it!

Would like to thank Sharon for very nice accommodations and all the tips and friendly advise during our visit to the island. The apartment was very clean, kitchen was very nicely equipped , we had clean and fresh towels and beds very comfortable. The goof cart was awesome and we got to use paddle board also. This is not our first time to Spanish Wells and it won’t be the last but this was certainly the best place we’ve ever stayedclean friendly hospitality more than we expected truly it was over the top it’ll be hard for us to find a nicer place to stay at!

We had a great time at this rental property. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Sharon, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. She picked us up at the ferry dock, and gave us a tour of the island. She even made us cookies and a fish fry. It’s perfect that this property comes with a golf cart and kayaks. We really got to explore the whole island. Would highly recommend this property.

Great spot within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Sharon was a fantastic host that greeted me with sweet goodies at check in. She was also very quick to assist when I caught a flat with the golf cart. Highly recommend.

The Hidden Gem was a perfect spot for 2, and the property was perfect to share with a larger group. Our family was in the adjacent two bedroom rental, but we had plenty of privacy. The amenities were great. We cooked entire Christmas dinner in the well stocked kitchen. Sharon, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful. She even made us cookies. It’s a beautiful and clean new space, with access to a gorgeous beach.

Sharon and Willis were amazing hosts! Our boat got in earlier than their set check-in time, Sharon had communicated that5 once I let her know our eta they'd be ready to pick us up and help us get settled in. Walking into what would be our home away from home we were instantly relaxed. It's private, clean and just a short walk from the beach(star gazers please note that you can see the stars perfectly if you head down to the beach at night). Our golf cart was ready to go and they also have a pretty neat logo on them for easy identification. Everything is pretty close by due to the size of the island so don't worry if your sense of direction isn't top notch. I'd rather not spoil anyone's vacation so be sure to check them out for yourself! You guys will definitely be seeing us again and we can't wait to be back! Thank you again Sharon & Willis!

What a great choice if you are coming to Spanish Wells for a peaceful vacation. Our hosts were the best bar none. Sharon and Will were friendly and helpful would move heaven and earth to make sure your stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They make all the arrangements to get you safely from airport to cottage and back again...who shows that much personal interest?! THEY DO, Felt like family by the time I left.The included golf cart was the biggest perk ever as were the kayaks and paddle boards. We were zipping all around and back and forth between the tiny two islands (Spanish & Russell Isle.) The centrally located adorable comfy immaculate, roomy, bug free cottage style home was exactly as pictured and filled with everything you might need, their home is a quick three minutes away if you have a need. Its 160 steps by my stride to the white sand beach (yes I counted lol) if you’re looking for wild, not the place for you, although Buddha’s a short walk away has Karaoke on Friday.🤣�You will have to MAKE your own wild 😂�It’s a wonderfully quiet peaceful place. No hotels/high rises. You can walk the entire place any time night and day in safety. The stars at night from the front deck are beyond incredible, felt like I could reach up and touch them. Like any island groceries are big $$$. I pack my check in with non perishables pasta, spices etc and just buy the essentials when I arrive. Good to know- the large grocer runs out of food pretty quickly but they restock late Thursday early Friday. Restaurants $$$. We cooked our meals in the cottage. The beach is perfect for small children, the crystal clear water and massive beautiful sand bar goes out for a half mile at low tide for kids to find treasures starfish sand dollars 😊�we loved loved taking golf cart to the bridge to swim in the crystal clear canal. It’s the public park but we usually had it to our selves. The sunsets from the gazebo there were spectacular. We will surely be back next year god willing. My partner and I wanted a quiet week away from our many responsibilities, and staying at the Hidden Gem was the best way to achieve a stress free and relaxing vacation! Sharon and Will were wonderful hosts, they set up transportation for us from the Eleuthera making travel to our accommodations very easy. The house was a 2 minute walk to the beach where we had access to a quiet and beautiful beach! There was a kayak at the entrance to the beach to use for our pleasure, we went out several time and enjoyed the calm and heat from the sun! The house was clean cerntrally located to everything we would need. We also got a golf cart with the rental making travel around the island very easy! There is not one thing that I would change about our entire week here and we will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again for the amazing vacation Sharon and Will! Christina and Ethan

Can’t say enough good things about Hidden Gem! Location couldn’t be better (walk to beach, stores, and Budda’s) and Sharon and Will (hosts) couldn’t have been nicer.sharon met us at the dock upon arrival and brought us back the day we left. The apartment had everything we needed (beach chairs, BBQ grill, golf cart, kayak) for a relaxing visit to Spanish Wells. Will definitely come back to Hidden Gem as it felt like home :-)

Hidden Gem was the perfect spot for my two little children and I for our short vacation in Spanish Wells. Everything looked brand new, the place was extremely clean and well-kept. It was extremely convenient (close to everything), and the golf cart was a huge bonus because it was included in our stay, and saved me quite a bit. The Host (Sharon) was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend Hidden Gem.

Our vacation in this small fishing village was elevated to the next level by staying at the Hidden Gem. This place has everything - a washer/dryer, a BBQ and all the kitchen items you need to cook a meal. Having the golf cart allowed us to explore the island and to easily go grocery shopping. We also used the kayak every day. One day in particular, we were in the kayak and were able to get about 5 feet away from a group of dolphins! My family loved staying here. We definitely hope to see Sharon and her husband again soon.
