Personnel was very helpful and friendly they made us feel as home. Pool was clean.

Location, the road is bad, the sheets were not that neat, neither the bathroom. After we called to their attention it was fixed.

The pool and the mango trees are a dream come true. Flexibility of the Staff. The Waiters are awesome

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Every detail was thought of. Compared to a lot of different hotels we stayed during our 2 month travel it stood out, especially in terms of cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. The staff was super nice and took care of us so we felt very welcome. Kids and we as well enjoyed the spacious pool and other surroundings of the hotel, food was delicious, Wi-Fi worked good. And we loved the kitchen we could use ourselves, which was also super well equipped and we could make some delicious smoothies there.

It’s very hard to think of something. Even the location that at first we thought was quite far, didn’t bother us as well, because it was so calm and relaxing there. A perfect getaway. And the best thing is that collectivo to the centre of Puerto Escondido goes right next to the gates of the hotel. If for some reason you don’t use collectivos the hotel offer a taxi service as well.

We had a great stay at this resort, almost had it to ourselves, staff was excellent, food was great, if you're looking to party, it's pretty quiet, weekends are livelier we were told. I would recommend to stay here. There's a big shared kitchen so bring your own food as it's pricey for meals here but very good.

It's quite a ways from town, not much around. Some of the amenities were not running like the zip line through the week.

Everything! The info and photos don’t do it justice, it’s the perfect retreat away from the busy center but accessible by collectivo and bike! It has a kitchen and beautiful pools and is perfect

Essentially we had the place to ourselves most of the time. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Lovely if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of town for a bit. Got a steal of a stay on a mobile only price!

It’s paradise! Staff are amazing and attend to your every need. Rooms are so comfortable!

If you're looking for a romantic getaway or just want to leave the Escondido rush it's awesome, we had the place to ourselves mostly, chef mau was such a big help with his English, stayed 3 days loved every minute, there's some great room options as well, zero complaints, bring stuff to cook as the shared kitchen is great.

Wasn't anything I didn't like

The road to the resort is so bad. We didn’t have hot water in the beginning. The staff was friendly and tried to fix everything, but it seems that no one wants to keep the place in a good condition…

it was a very nice stay in this Hotel. The room was confortable an very clean. Our kids has a lot of fun in the nice and spacious Swimmingpool. The people wäre very friendly and supportive.

Very spacious room, great pool, there’s a tennis court, climbing wall, etc. We really enjoyed our days here.

it’s pretty isolated and far from the beach. But it’s okay if you want to rest. Wifi didn’t work very well though. The TV worked perfectly with a lot of channels and options to switch language. The only really annoying thing was the loud pop music from 11 am, apparently the people who just come to enjoy the pool like it.
