Villa Los Pinochos è una villa confortevole recentemente ricostruita, perfetta per famiglie numerose. La villa dispone di 8 camere da letto e 6 bagni, 2 balconi vista mare con terrazze soleggiate e una fresca naya anche con vista mare. C'è molto spazio per prendere il sole intorno alla piscina e Los Pinochos ha 2 grandi e belle cucine estive, 4 posti auto, un parco giochi per bambini e un giardino maturo con alberi da frutto. I nostri ospiti possono giocare a ping-pong e calcetto.
Los Pinochos è situato in una posizione tranquilla con molta privacy vicino alla bellissima spiaggia accogliente di El Portet a Moraira.
Poiché la villa è costruita su un pendio, ci sono 2 ingressi su diversi livelli. L'ingresso principale si apre al primo piano. Il primo piano ha una (nuova) cucina, un soggiorno e una sala da pranzo, una lavanderia e 2 camere da letto con (ciascuna) 2 letti singoli. Entrambe le camere hanno il bagno privato. La sala da pranzo ha le porte esterne su una terrazza coperta (naya) con vista sul mare e il soggiorno ha una porta esterna su un grande balcone con vista sul mare. La cucina è completa di nuova lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno a microonde, grande frigorifero, macchina da caffè, tostapane e tutti gli utensili da cucina. Nella stanza separata c'è una lavatrice, un set da stiro ecc.
Di fronte all'ingresso principale si trovano 2 posti auto e un parco giochi per bambini. Accanto all'ingresso principale si trovano le scale esterne al secondo piano. Il secondo piano ha 2 camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno e una spaziosa terrazza (perfetta per prendere il sole) con una bellissima vista sul mare. Una delle camere ha un grande letto matrimoniale, l'altra camera ha 2 letti singoli. Il soggiorno ha un piccolo angolo cottura, un divano e una TV a schermo piatto.
Il secondo ingresso della villa si apre al piano terra. Il piano terra ha una (nuova) cucina, un soggiorno e una sala da pranzo, un bagno, 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Due di queste camere hanno il bagno privato, le altre 2 condividono il terzo bagno. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, 2 camere da letto hanno (ciascuna) 2 letti singoli, la quarta camera da letto (per bambini) ha 3 letti singoli. La cucina è totalmente nuova e completa come la cucina del primo piano. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice, un set da stiro ecc.
Il piano terra di Los Pinochos è collegato a una grande terrazza con doccia esterna e numerosi lettini intorno alla piscina. C'è anche la cucina estiva con servizi per mangiare all'aperto e c'è un tavolo da ping-pong, calcetto ecc. Vicino alla terrazza ci sono due posti auto.
La villa dispone di Wifi gratuito, TV satellitare (3 schermi piatti) e riscaldamento a gas. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di persiane e zanzariere e la villa ha un ulteriore deposito d'acqua, che è molto utile in piena estate, quando la pressione dell'acqua può essere bassa. L'intera area intorno alla villa (compresi parco giochi per bambini e posti auto) è recintata. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.
Nella stagione invernale è possibile affittare parzialmente Los Pinochos.

Since booking this villa Ruud and Nina have been very good with communication, everything we needed to know has been answered quickly. We arrived a bit early but Nina meet us and let us in. The villa was lovely on three floors. Each family had a floor to themselves + there were lots of communal areas to get together. The children loved the pool. It was a lovely stay for all of us. While we were there 2 of the tv’s broke but were renewed very quickly. Highly recommend it for big family get together.

We had an amazing time, the villa was amazing everything we hoped for. Ruud was excellent in communicating and even let 2 of our families check out at 7 pm at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

A fantastic property for our large family group, ages ranging from 11 to 83. Everyone managed to walk the hill to the nearby beach and also to Moraira. The outdoor spaces were excellent and we never dined indoors. Super pool with plenty of sunbeds. The owners provided a 1st class service. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at Los Pinochos. The communication with the host was first class as was all of Ruud’s assistance. If you get the chance ask his son in law to cook you a paella. It was amazing. The villa had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday and we left a few more inflatables and water guns for the pool

Superb villa for large family group.
As it was Easter we asked for the pool to be heated and this was the highlight for the children.
Really need at least one car for the shopping.
The only negative I can think of was the walking distance to the lovely beach. The younger members were fine but grandparents found it too steep

Lovely property with a lot of space for a large family with mixed generations all together... We have a tribe holiday every year when we all spend time together... The grandchildren loved the pool... As grandparents, we loved that we could at times have 5mins...Ruud is right you need a car or you will need to use taxis which is what we did...but the town is lovely with wonderful beaches and there are some lovely restaurants...Can I say the communication between me and Ruud was great and his daughter Nina was lovely. Our flight was late and she offered to get some basic in for us, which was wonderful we could have that first morning cup of tea or coffee and some kind of breakfast...nice place...

The villa was beautifully clean, great for large families, great for all ages. Manager was extremely helpful we had a leak issues late at night which was sorted within half hr.

Lots of places to hide away. Ruud was an excellent host and replied quickly to questions and was very accomodating. The villa is up a large hill and so a rental car would be ideal. Be aware that the side of the pool tiles are slippy when wet.

We have just arrived back after an amazing two weeks from staying at Rudd and Nina’s Villa. We are a family of 16 and the villa had more than enough space for all. Moraira is a beautiful place and I can’t recommend it enough.
We had one small issue which we notified Rudd about and it was all sorted within an hour.
The picture of the pool doesn’t do it justice bigger and better than pictures show.
We would definitely recommend the villa and would definitely love to return.
The only down side is the hills on the walk back 😂 but just jump straight in the pool as makes it better.
Thanks again Rudd and Nina for allowing us to stay after 3 years of trying to get to stay.

We wanted to all get together for a long weekend but finally settled on a week in this fabulous villa. Our ages ranged from 70 down to 7 months and the layout suited us perfectly.
During our stay there were a couple of minor issues but the owner sorted them straight away.
There is a villa being built next door but there was no noise or issue with this during our stay.
As we were a large party we were asked to keep the noise down after 10pm, which we did.
Overall I plus strongly recommend this property and the owner as very pleasant, approachable, and quick to respond to any contact we made.

Layout of the house and garden is great for our group of 16. The bbq area and pool loved by all.

Just arrived home from a wonderful week with family in this beautiful villa. Host Ruud has been so kind and helpful to make our stay perfect.
So many terraces to take yourself off to if you need peace and quiet. The
Photo of the pool really doesn’t do it justice. It’s a great size for a family. Also ask Nikita to come and cook paella on the terrace for you. It was so delicious! Thank you Ruud and family for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa. We definitely hope to return.

Beautiful family villa, ideal for our large joint family vacation for several generations. Nice and clean. Excellent facilities and outdoor area. The playground is a little worn, but it was almost unnecessary.
Excellent location with a very cozy and beautiful local beach.
The only drawback to our week was some construction noise from the neighboring plot during the day.

Had the most amazing 10 days. Ruud is incredible, so friendly and helpful. Villa is on a hill but we expected this and still managed to walk 30 mins into Moraira with 2 buggies and 7 kids in total. perfect for large family’s, each floor has its own fridge etc. plenty of room and pool is much bigger than what the pictures show. Kids loved the park. Views lovely in the evening. Want to return to one of Ruuds villas asap !! Thank you so much !

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday. From a 4year old to a very young 62 year old the villa had everything a party of 12 required.
Villa was superb , spacious, clean with a good size pool.
The owner Ruud was excellent, very friendly , informative and always available if we needed any information
The villa is built on three levels with each level being self contained but at the same time it just feels like a large villa which was exactly what we were looking for. There are areas all around the villa when you can take yourself off for 5 minutes peace and quiet or you can all sit together in either of the two outside kitchens

Great villa for larger groups
We stayed in the villa with 5 families in total, 18 people. The villa was modern, very clean and really well laid out over 3 floors. Lots of entertaining space over different levels mean you can either enjoy or get out of the sun. Pool great, also table football and table tennis, kids (big and little) loved it. About a 15min walk to el Portet beach, and also walkable into Moraira. Ruud was very helpful and the whole process was easy. Would definitely go to this villa again, and also recommend. Great holiday!!

Lovely family holiday house
well-maintained property, division perfectly suited for us (three stories for four families with four little children, 12 total) , lovely location near El Portet beach, climate-control in all bedrooms, lots of facilities, nice outdoor equipment, spacious terraces, lovely garden and swimmimgpool

Muy recomendable!
Hemos estado una semana en agosto un grupo grande (cuatro familias) con niños de 2 a 9 años. La casa es muy cómoda y agradable para grupos grandes, con muchas posibilidades de estar en diferentes ambientes para comer o estar según la hora del día. La casa está cerca de la playa del portet (una cala muy bonita de arena), se puede ir andando aunque los niños se pueden cansar porque hay alguna cuesta. Los propietarios son muy amables y están pendientes de que esté todo bien.
En resumen, un alojamiento muy recomendable.

Fantastisk hus, dejlige værter
Vi var i alt 14 afsted på ferie - 3 "voksne" og alle vores børn der er store. Huset fungerede fantastisk, ungerne boede nede ved svømming poolen i underetagen og havde en hver deres badeværelse og et stort køkken til deling - vi andre boede i stueetagen og der var masser af plads. Hyggeligt område og de små ting vi havde fiksede værten med det samme. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage :-)

Magnifica estancia
Hemos pasado una semana en la casa y hemos estado muy a gusto. Éramos tres familias con 9 niños y hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La casa es mejor de lo que muestran los fotos, está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario y muy limpia. Nina y Ruud han sido muy amables y han atendido a nuestras dudas rápidamente. Es una casa para volver! Muchísimas gracias por todo!!

Nos ha gustado mucho la villa. Muy moderna, limpia y muy espaciosa. La piscina está muy bien. Tiene espacios exteriores para comer, tomarte algo o estar junto a la piscina. Varias neveras que hacen q nunca te falte espacio.
El trato con los dueños estupendo, muy agradables y excelente atención.
Sin duda repetiríamos estancia.

La casa es fiel al anuncio. Moderna, equipada, soleada . . . todo perfecto.
Es necesario coche, ya que está en lo alto de la colina y baja andando a la playa es duro, subir horrible en agosto. Pero la zona es preciosa.
Destacar la atención de Ruud, tanto en el proceso de alquiler como durante la estancia. Y la amabilidad y simpatía de Nina.
Muy buenos profesionales.

Great house for a big family holiday :)
We were a group of 20 people, ranging from grandparents to grandchildren, and there was plenty of space for everyone, both inside and outside. We loved the outdoor summer-kitchen and the pool area. The host was very responsive and gave good tips about the surroundings. Highly recommended!

An excellent property
Built over three floors in a quiet area, the property was nicely furnished with plenty of room for large numbers. There were 17 of us and it didn't feel cramped at all. Two verandas on the upper floors and a very nice pool and barbeque area. We had 5 cars and there was room for all of them. The owners, Ruud and Nina, were very helpful and prompt in answering our pre-visit questions.
The only negative was the siting - it's on a steep hill 10 minutes from the beach area which the physically challenged members of our group found very difficult.
