Apartment is in a lovely location. So peaceful and quiet, which is just what we needed. There’s a shop for all your daily needs just a few minutes walk away, and a walk to the beach is no more than 10 minutes. Terrace is in the sun for most of the day, so be aware it gets very hot out there. Great apartment, great stay.

We have just returned from a great week in Costa Teguise. Apartment is in a quiet location but there’s ample places to eat and drink in the area and a supermarket 5 mins away. Roughly a 10 min walk to the beach and promenade where you can walk a bit further into the busier area of Costa Teguise. The apartment has everything you need in a holiday home and we’d definitely go back. The terrace got a bit hot even in March and with the winds we had the week we were there but the pool area is ideal if you want a cooler spot. The pool area is much bigger than it looks on the pictures and is spotless. Good correspondence with the owner. Would recommend eating nearby in La Otra, Mar Azul and La Bohemia but you may need to book or wait for a table at weekends. Also had a great Indian meal at Namaste. First time in Lanzarote and will be back 😎

Wonderful to be back in our favorite place! We have stayed at this location before but not this particular apartment, it did not disappoint. Booking was stress free and the owners were very helpful with any queries or questions and would reply almost immediately. The apartment was spotless and thank you for the welcome pack! Felt like home from home as everything you needed was thought of. Safe and friendly area. Great, central location, Only 10 mins to the beach and about 20 to the main square. Sometimes felt like it was a private pool as we had it to ourselves on occasions. Thank you!

We stayed at this property for 9 nights, two adults & two children aged 8 & 6. We had a lovely stay here, suited our needs perfectly, use of the pool & 10 minute walk to the beach. Also Spar supermarket a couple of minutes away. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Apartment was spotlessly clean - the apartment is large and spacious and has everything you would need for your stay - there was hairdryer iron washing machine which we didn’t use but it’s available the kitchen is well stocked and the patio is large enough to sunbathe on but the pool is only down a few stairs all in all very good

A nice spacious apartment with views of the sea. The beds were comfy and the lounge was homely but other areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and sun loungers cushions need updating. The area is perfect in terms of walkable to restaurants (5-10 mins) and the beach (15-20mins) but if you have mobility issues the property is on a steep hill so you will need to take that in to consideration. The host was fantastic at communicating and the on site manager was also great and helped us to organise transport to the airport on our journey home which we were really thankful for. The pool is lovely but we didn’t use it as it was too cold for this time of year. The area is very quiet and peaceful but there are residents living above the property so be aware there will be noise above you. A great place to stay

This great appartement has you all need. clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Large terrace with sea view. nice pool etc. Unbeatable at this price.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with lovely patio area with smashing views .

Having stayed at this complex many many times by far this property gave us all the 5 star ratings . Despite the current circumstances we still enjoyed a relaxing but strange experience nothing much was open but was so glad of the nearest spar a couple of takeaways and especially a small family run bar which did all home cooked food. The property was lovely a nice home from home feel, kitchen well equipped and living room very spacious especially for my dad as he had a broken ankle so had to hire a mobility scooter. The bedrooms we’re ok we prefer single beds so sleeping arrangements we’re not good, we hired a mattress !!! The pool area fantastic this is where we chilled most of the time.... All in all we will be definitely returning some time in the future. Nothing was ever a problem from the property owner (A very nice gentleman). Thank you so much love Lorraine, Anthony and family

This was by far the best apartment we stayed in,very spacious and a large south facing terrace overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance. We thought it was the kind of property you could live in permanently,very comfy sofas where you could watch English tv stations. The bedrooms were of a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Maybe the bathroom would have been better if it had a window and the water for a bath did not stay hot for too long but maybe it was because it was December not so much daylight for the solar panels.The apartments are set in a quiet complex in a quiet area with a 15 minue walk to the main beach. There is a large spar supermarket around the corner with bars and resturants in the same area so you don,nt have to go all the way to the main square if you don,t want to.every night..We would not hesitate in staying at this apartment again.

I really loved the size of the apartment both internally and externally. The living area was huge, light and airy with a flat screen TV showing English channels. Both bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage space. Bathroom and kitchen were good and well equipped. My favourite space was the terrace which was huge and overlooked the pool and had a sea view. The terrace was a sun trap and perfect for private sunbathing. The location was fine for us being a 20 minute stroll to the centre and only five minutes to a supermarket and some bars. The welcome pack was handy but personally I would have ditched the wine and replaced it with salt and pepper, an extra toilet roll and a couple of bin liners. I had a couple of issues over the two weeks which were quickly sorted out with a text to Mel the property manager. I would definitely come back and think the owner's have addressed issues raised in other reviews which shows their commitment to improvement. The only thing missing is WiFi but I'm ignorant of the installation and running costs in Lanzarote which could be prohibitive, hence 4 not 5 stars. In conclusion a great property which I enjoyed a lot.

The apartment was very clean, with everything we needed for our break, the complex is very quiet and the swimming pool although unheated is still warm enough to use on October. Location is ideal a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach. A delightful stay and I would certainly be happy to return.

No security bars on the ground floor windows, hence very stuffy at night, no safe to protect your valuables. Patio door did not lock and had been forced before. Kitchen :missing wire shelves in the oven, only a tray, not comprehensive utensils. Washing m/c rusty. Cups stained. No scourer or brush for washing up. No broom . Sun bed and rocker chair covers dirty. 5 foot bed but only 4.6" fitted sheet, very uncomfortable. Welcome pack ok but leave the wine, supply more essentials, self catering appts need to move on, an extra bin bag and toilet rolls costs very little

enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment.very clean and spacious with loads of wardrobe and drawer space.kitchen was well equipped with all items needed for cooking.we would have liked a safe for keeping passports money etc.not sure insurance would cover any losses for things not locked away.also no information for emergency numbers doctor etc.a very quiet complex in a quiet area very clean and well maintained.would not hesitate to return.

The area was great very central brilliant pre communication which was a godsend the apartment fantastic quiet would definitely tell friends and would definitely come back again
