the spa was not working

the staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean

the shower structure makes water all over the bathroom and our prebooked transport to the port was forty minutes late. We still arrived at the port in time for our ferry but it made us a bit nervous.

I didn't liked the bathroom, especially the shower.

Everything of our stay in Thera Mare was amazing! The structure is very nice and new, all the details from the pool to the room are really accurate. Cleaning and services very good!! The staff is amazing, can’t be any better over all the island. Nick, the manager, is amazing. Kind and helpful Thanks to him we got to know the nightlife in Santorini and all the other nice places he recommended! Although, all the other members of the staff are so nice. 10/10 for every single thing and person of Thera Mare! THANK YOU ! enjoy your stay.

The place was beautiful and a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and well maintained.

The staff were helpful but not particularly enthusiastic or well trained on some simple questions asked about buses etc. They didn’t have our booking on arrival, and check out was delayed because of this as well. The bathroom was tiny. There was no clear bar opening times.

The balcony was great. The staff was great and welcoming.

The bathroom was very small, the shower space was literally a square with a side of 70 cm. There was a shower curtain which didn't help at all - everything was getting wet when somebody was using the shower. The room was getting hot from the sun and it can be very hot if you don't turn on the AC. Check-in and check-out was slow and a little complicated - all of the systems were out of order initially.

Breakfast was pre plated and far too much so mainly we skipped. There were scrambled eggs with ham & cheese sandwich, feta pastry, melon assortment, yoghurt with nuts, bread & biscuit assortment with juice & coffee

Nothing, it was perfect. Beautiful pool area with double bed type loungers. Massage therapist on site - amazing massage. Lifeguard does a selection of aquapilates, aquaerobics & mat pilates , all included

They took care of me very well, rooms were clean, pool area was just great. The lifeguard Vaso was also a fitness instructor so couple of us did some unplanned aqua fitness! Overall good value

The pool

The rooms were really small, the bathroom And the shawer were to tight. The bathroon sink was to small and one must be careful when open the water tap otherwise become all toilet wet.
