Bugs in the apartment and matress was probably 40 years old

The internet was fast The place is very central in Downtown The place is secure Has washing machine and clothes dryer

- Bugs in the kitchen and bathroom - Kitchen is not well equipped (no pasta strainer, snow plow, scissors, cheese grater, knives are dull, pan is old etc.). - One of the two stove tops is broken, and does not get hot properly. - Shower water varies from hot to cold every 20 seconds, or only gets lukewarm. - No hot water in the kitchen. - No hot water in the washing machine (When set to warm, the machine stalls/ typical of electricity savers)- Wonderful for germs and bacteria. - All 4 light bulbs on bathroom mirror missing. - Even at night there are neighbors hammering and working on stuff - The small window doesn't allow a good air circulation. If open it is loud. If closed it gets musty - Poor communication with owner. Often doesn't answer questions until the second time. - Seriously expected me to buy the light bulbs and after I refused she did not get back in touch. and didn't care. - As she did not collect 18 usd that she still got from me, she texted me that I owe her 18.01. Seriously 0.1 - Cleaning service only came the first week. - When the water went out for a day, the explanation didn't come until the next day despite asking. - Accepted only US dollars when paying, and was whining about the currency exchange rate - The apartment is overpriced at $413 + taxes for 16 days. - I do not recommend the apartment for this price. - At least she payed for the taxi after she talked to the driver, and he dropped me off at a different place and I had to walk a long way for 20 mins. When arrived at the place with another taxi, she send me into the wrong direction again although I send her a picture. More host, less princess would do it.

Great location, safe neighborhood. Very good bargain for the price we paid (around 30$). You can cook in the appartment

The location is very central. A downtown apt. build but very secure and safe. All facilities were as advertised. My room was very quiet and private. Excellent value for the $. The next time I pass thru SJ I will definitely stay there. The lady who handled check in was professional and very easy to communicate with and also very pretty.

I was very satisfied. No complaints.

The apartment is in really bad conditions, broken lights, dirty walls, cracks covered with paint, bad floors, poor lighting and broken things.

Location is right in center of the city.

Have to climb three flights of stairs.
