Our family of five chose this lovely home to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect setting for our special occasion. The house was immaculate and comfortably accommodated all of us. We absolutely fell in love with the backyard—the hot tub was a hit, and watching hot air balloons in the sunrise was simply magical. The peaceful neighborhood was close to all the major vineyards. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was exceptional. We created wonderful memories here and would highly recommend this property to others.

House was very clean and well maintained. Neighborhood was very nice and public Park within short walk provided a nice place for an early morning walk. The outdoor area was fantastic, gardens on property were beautiful, outdoor space had plenty of seating to enjoy, and hot tub was great also. The view out the back of the property was amazing!!!
Kitchen was very nice and pretty well stocked, plenty of room for the 6 adults in the dining room and living areas.

Location was very convenient to downtown Napa and nearby Napa/Yountville vineyards.
Check In: This was the first time Ive rented a property that we actually had an in-person check in. Since i was flying into SFO there was some variability with our exact arrival time; however, the host communicated well and met us at the agreed upon time.

We had a lovely stay at this home. The backyard is quiet with an amazing view of the vineyard, hot air balloons and sunsets. It was central to everything you would want in and around Napa and the other regions.

Went on a girls trip - each had our room which was nice, although except for the primary, rooms were a bit small. Bathrooms and kitchen updated and very nice. Bed and pillows in the master were soft and comfortable! Back deck had beautiful landscaping with amazing views. Located in a neighborhood close to everything. We Ubered most places. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend!

The house was very nice. Clean and the garden/hot tub area were beautiful. It was fun to see the hot air balloons in the morning over the back yard. The house is very centrally located and easy to get places. The check in process is strange. A lady has to meet you at the house to check in, and then she also comes to meet you when you're trying to leave too. It was weird. She was pleasant enough but made you feel like you were under a microscope. The lady mentioned that the kitchen was well stocked but there were definitely some things still needed. The toaster oven didnt seem to work (or we couldnt figure it out). There was no toaster, no griddle or flat pan (for pancakes), only 1 cookie sheet, no tongs (except for the long ones for the grill that didnt close properly). There were limited extras like towels or tissues. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The garage is nice to be able park in, especially since it was rainy during our trip. Overall, it was a great house, with a couple improvements, it would be even more amazing. Thanks for having us!

This house is fantastic. Thom was awesome to deal with during the booking process and Julie was great once on property. House is exactly as listed. Kitchen is nicely stocked as well as bathrooms. Outside patio and backyard is perfect for a large gathering, we had 8 adults. Home is centrally located to all the Napa wineries and restaurants, location is perfect. We will for sure book this house again.

This home was wonderful to meet with aunts, cousins and friends coming from a few different states. We made homemade lemonade every day and used the hot tub every night! Thanks to Julie for being available as needed.

The house was beautiful, spacious, well-stocked with house and kitchen essentials and very clean! The location was great - couple minutes from downtown Napa and close to the major grocery stores. Views of the hot air balloons from the patio in the morning were incredible. Property manager, Julie, was so helpful and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property has ample space, it was clean, and the amenities all worked properly. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a short drive to groceries, restaurants, wineries, etc. The garage was available to park your car. The only downside was the house had an awkward odor, but manageable and the check-out time was 10 am versus the customary 11 am.

Our family of 7 stayed over Thanksgiving in this incredible property. We don't have enough good things to say about the comfort and size of the house, beautiful backyard with hot tub, and location to vineyards/downtown Napa. Property is as advertised and even more beautiful in person than pictures. The property is right across the street from a dog friendly park with plenty of hiking trails and beautiful views. The neighborhood is very quiet. Comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of towels/linens even for a big group. Kitchen is very well stocked - lacking for nothing and great for a group to cook meals in. Only comments would be regarding check in - you do need to meet with property manager/coordinate a meet up for check in, she is very responsive but it does require more coordination than a self check in/less likely to be able to check in early. Bathrooms have shampoo and soap but bring your own conditioner.

A group of us decided to stay here for our recent girls trip to Napa. We had such an amazing stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to towels. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend booking here

This was a lovely house. The layout was perfect and the ambience was great. The backyard is beautiful, and watching the hot air balloons in the morning was exciting. The coffee maker broke, and the owner replaced it within 2 hours! That's customer service!!!!!

This photo sums it up pretty well. The gorgeous back yard overlooks a vineyard and each morning the hot air balloons come up over the horizon and travel across the house. Takes a bit so it’s perfect for coffee hour!
Quite near access roads in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room and well appointed. Hot tub was where we went each evening upon return from tastings and dining.

The beds are SOOOOO comfortably.
AC cant be on below 70degrees and there is only one thermostat down stairs, so the upstairs gets a little warm. The good news is its nice and cool in the morning and at night so you just need to open the windows.

Son and fiance live in Napa. We have visited the area numerous times, although have not stayed in the city of Napa for a number of years. We arrived early to visit with 6 family members ranging in ages 29-84. Plan was to help with final preparations and host a couple dinners for other family members coming into town for the celebration later that week. The house was perfect for this visit. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Multiple tables, counter space for indoor and outdoor dining, well equipped kitchen, up to date appliances, and a nice gas grill that was put to good use! Large bedrooms, comfortable beds/bedding, spacious/up to date bathrooms, and new washer an dryer. Backyard garden in bloom , quince and lime trees-butting right up to the vineyards. Alston Park just across the street provided a 3 mile walking loop amongst the wildflowers and blackberry bushes. The house is in a neighborhood (on the edge) so reasonable quiet hours are requested. Location is convenient to everything- easy to get downtown, shopping in Brown’s Valley, and access to the wineris. Julie was our point of contact on site, she was easy to get a hold of an communication was very smooth. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

We rented this house as a group of old friends reuniting in Napa for the first time in several years. The house was perfect! The view of the vineyards was gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for in an authentic wine country experience. We hiked and walked in Alston Park (literally across the street) in the mornings and wine tasted in the afternoons. We had everything we needed in the house and the help of the host, Julie, if we needed anything else. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We even canceled eating out plans on our last night in town so we could spend more time together in the home. It was perfect! I travel with a small Yorkshire Terrier who had all the space he needed in the fenced in backyard. We were there during extreme heat so the ONLY thing I could possibly say that could be improved is the AC. The unit couldn't keep up with the heat but for the most part the house always felt very comfortable. The only time it was a problem was at night when we tried to sleep. We used fans which helped tremendously. Without a doubt we would rent this home again in an instant. Thank you, Julie and Albert!

First time Vrbo user, and the experience and property were awesome. Interior space was just as advertised and very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was just amazing. We didn’t use the hot tub, but the scenery and outdoor space was just phenomenal. Everyone enjoyed the local hiking areas, and the property was located perfectly for the places we wanted to visit.

Location was ideal! The house met all our needs plus some. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was large and had everything we needed, the house had a nice large dining table, plenty of seating for our larger group and boasted beautiful views of the vineyard behind us. The backyard has beautiful roses, flowers, trees and outdoor seating and we awoke to hot air balloons floating over the vineyard each morning. We enjoyed the hot tub! Although, the amount of chlorine did ruin a couple of our bathing suits. ugggg... We visited Laird Winery which owns the vineyard behind the house. I highly recommend them! We were pleasantly surprised. One of us even joined their wine club (not sold in stores). Great experience altogether.

The house was lovely and very clean. We got to see the hot air balloons every morning which was pretty magical. It was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Only small gripe was checking in and out with the property manager in person. I found it anxiety provoking despite her being a very nice person. Overall everyone was very responsive and helpful.
