Cape Winds is a nice, moderately priced condominium complex that doesn’t have the bustle and noise of most like it. The surrounding area is quiet, not commercialised at all, and easy to navigate. If you want the commercial hype and all the traps it’s just a little way down A1A in Cocoa Beach. Cape Winds unit 304 was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. There were plenty of utensils and all appliances were clean and well-running. The third floor view is great for ocean watching and you can see a good portion of rocket launches from both the beach and the balcony. The sofa is comfy and seats four and can double as a sleeping spot. Beds are mostly comfortable and there are plenty of quality pillows. Master bedroom has a nice walk in shower while the hall bath has a tub. Commodes are fine, no problems with plumbing. Modern TV’s in all rooms with remotes and basic cable service. 304 does not have its own secure WiFi. There is a generic non-secure, open guest WiFi shared by the building but it’s woefully inadequate for the traffic it’s required to handle (it’s best during the day and the off season) e.g. we can run the Apple TV box off it during the non peak season when there aren’t many people in the building but forget about it in summertime. The pool is a good size and there’s a hot tub and dry sauna - all are kept clean. We have rented this unit at least four times now and we go back because its great for the money. We might buy a unit here. That’s how much we enjoy it.

The condo was exactly as expected! Beautiful view of the ocean! Covered parking was nice to have. Easy access to the room from the elevator. Had to reach out to Amanda because a couple of the beach chairs were broken. She immediately responded and had new chairs sent within the hour! Would definitely return! Actually we would have booked this condo for our fall trip but it was already taken for those dates!

Communication with property manager Amanda was extremely easy with quick responses. From the moment of booking the condo to check out, everything was easy and communicated well. The property was beautiful and greatly located! We could not have asked for a more perfect place!

Cape Winds Unit 304 is a favourite of ours; we’ve stayed there several times and plan to stay again. Always clean, up to date, and comfortable furniture. Beds were very restful. The view from terrace is expansive and preferable to the ground floor. Cape Winds’ pool is always clean and rarely crowded.

Booked this Florida trip to get away from work and relax. Condo was very peaceful and quiet. Great area to walk around. We also loved looking for the cruise ships leaving port. Amanda was great to work with.

It was more than what we expected. The view from the balcony, the cruise ships, and all the boats. This checked off more than we thought. Even tho we missed the space x launches we did hear the last one.
From finding coconuts on the beach, to the great eatery on the pier, the friendly locals and those we met who were also on vacation, I can say we most definitely will be back!!!

Having a view of the ocean from your balcony makes all your troubles go away! Condo was perfect and being able to walk to the beach a positive. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay. The pool is a great size and very clean. We enjoyed our daily stops there as well. We will return for sure! Orlando airport is a little overwhelming, however.

The condo had everything we could possibly want or need. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, & even a crockpot! The unit was clean & comfortable. Beautiful direct ocean front view. Kelly was friendly & kept in contact before, during, & after our visit to make sure we were satisfied. No complaints. Would recommend renting this unit to others.

We loved this property! The beach was not very crowded and very nice. So many seashells! The condo was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed for the week. All we had to buy was food! It was a very happy fun vacation for our family of 6. I do wish the pool had more of a shallow end for the kids. It’s mostly very deep. They couldn’t stand in it. But they still had fun and got to work on swimming skills. I would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was great and the view was even better! We only had a minor issue with the sheets/blankets being dirty. We did not notify anyone due to us being able to wash them ourselves and we didnt feel like it was that big of a deal. Everything else was great! Would definitely recommend staying here. The beach was never busy and we were able to watch 3 rocket launches. It was perfect for our family of 5!

Kelsy is AMAZING!! She is very responsive and helpful. The only problem we had was with the washer/dryer. There was an issue with the washer but she had repair guys out multiple times over a few days working on it. In the meantime she allowed us access to another unit so we could wash our clothes.
We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunrise every morning and gazing at the ocean... spectacular views.
This condo is the perfect layout and size. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There are plenty of towels and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers is a plus. The dining room chairs aren't the most comfortable but they are sufficient.
We will definitely be back to stay on future trips to the area. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Just returned from a great week at this property. Immaculate unit, very spacious, well decorated and not cluttered. Comfortable living room furniture and bedrooms. Excellent, prompt communication with Kelsy, the host. A close drive to have a bite and watch the cruise ships at the port, and equally close drive to Cocoa Beach and various restaurants. Quiet building, beautiful view from the balcony. Property is very well taken care of. Sits on a gorgeous spot on the beach. For 7 years we have stayed in Madeira Beach and this was our first time on the Atlantic side - we will definitely be returning to this particular property!

We could have really enjoyed the Cape Winds property. It was clean and comfortable. The furniture was all exactly what we wanted it to be. Comfy beds, delightful sofa on which to relax while staring out at the ocean. From the 3rd floor, you have a great view of the ocean & the deck is a wonderful place to munch down your breakfast as you gauge the weather & day’s activities. Add to that a really delightful pool & easy beach access & what more could you want? Well, I would have liked one day of health during our 2 week stay but, unfortunately, that wasn’t in the cards. My husband was dreadfully ill for the first week & just as he was recovering, I got sick. We arrived a day late because of his illness and left a day early because of mine & felt pretty miserable every day in between. But the condo was quite a comfortable place to feel lousy in as well. And if you can feel comfortable in a rental when you’re that sick, just imagine how much fun you could have when healthy!!! I’m hoping to find that out next year.

Cape Winds is a well kept property at Canaveral Beach.
The condo has a nice and clean interior. The condo provides a very ice view on the beach. The access to the beach is easy and very direct. Everything was found as described, so we had no rush for our first shopping.
The communication with our property manager was very easy. We had prompt reactions if help was needed, and always advice when we asked any question about our stay at Cocoa.
We would vivit Cape Winds any time again!

Overall it’s a great place to stay. Perfect location, great neighborhood, beach front views, and an extremely short walk to the beach…literally seconds.
Kelsey was very friendly and helpful. We did not have a cooler at the condo and she dropped one off for us at the door the same day. Kelsey was also able to have us check-in before 3pm.
The only negative about the condo was the couches and the rug in the living room were very dirty and worn out; I would recommend both be replaced.

Tranquil retreat
This unit is perfect. The amazing view of the ocean is complemented by the cleanest living area I have ever experienced in a vacation get away. No detail has been left unattended. I felt like I was the first to stay in a brand new construction. The appliances looked brand new. The whole complex is fastidiously maintained and clean. The pool and barBQ area is an inviting place to relax and enjoy the family. I would highly recommend this unit to any and everyone.

Great holiday location!
Beautiful condo, was well equipped for all our needs. Beach front, took about a minute to get our spot on the beach, and best of all the condo has beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so there's was no need to buy anything during our stay! Kelsey was very receptive and quick to answer emails. Our family enjoyed our stay so much, we hope to get back and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Everything was comfortable and clean. Two things that would make a world of difference….. the spare bedroom really needs room darkening shades or drapes. What is there is almost see thru so we were glad we didn’t have to use that room. The other thing is that the washer did not fill correctly…. It only filled about 1/4 of the way. I added a couple of pitchers of water to it to bring the level up so our clothes would wash properly! We really enjoyed our stay and we will be booking again as soon as we have our dates!!

Great condo on the beach for family!
We loved our stay at Cape Winds and Kelsy the property manager was absolutely wonderful! You can tell they care very much about ensuring your stay is the best it can be. The location is perfect as it’s right on the beach but not in a touristy location. It had a private beach feel and on days you want to relax the pool and hot tub are amazing! Will definitely return in the future.

Incredible customer service.
The unit overall is beautiful. The view is gorgeous. Customer service STELLAR!! We had a couple of hiccups with water shut off to the building (no fault of condo owner) and AC breaking. Both were handled superbly as to not get in the way of our vacation. We will be coming back again. Love it!

The view was wonderful! I enjoyed the beach every single day. The pool and hot tub was nice, but I could not get past how pretty the ocean was this stay. Check-in was so easy. The condo was clean and inviting. Will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful ! The condo was clean, had a wonderful view and a nice pool with beach access. We did not do any cooking but it looked like there was plenty of stuff to do so. The only thing I would say would be invest in some better quality toilet paper

We had a great stay at Cape Winds! The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our week stay stay. The two bedrooms worked out great for two couples. Most second bedrooms do not have a queen bed so that was very nice. We used the grill on several nights which was very relaxing by the pool. The pool and spa were very clean. The location is perfect. Direct ocean view with a nice size balcony. Covered parking was nice as well. We will be back!

Wonderful family vacation
This property located RIGHT on the beach in an area that wasn’t very crowded! It was very clean and decorated nicely. The check in/ check out process was a breeze and any possible information we would need was sent to us well in advance. The beach chairs and umbrella were a HUGE plus, as we flew and had no way of bringing our own. It would have been nice if there had been the simplest of condiments- salt, pepper, flour sugar... but we knew there wouldn’t be in advance and understand the reasoning! :)
