Very close to the station, cozy, comfy, practical

room is much smaller than mentioned in the description. we booked a 14 sqm room but in fact it was around 1.90m wide and 4.5m long, so less than 9 sqm, leaving no space to open or even store your suitcase.

A very nice and simple, convenient hotel super close to the train station in Yumoto, ideal for a short stay while visiting the area.

The room was super small, but it was to be expected.

Next to station, clean, very comfortable room with huge bed. Toiletries (just no toothpaste ) provided, as well as pyjamas! Small balcony, good AC Nespresso machine for when you get up in the morning was a great perk. Self check in was super easy

Price for Golden Week was quite pinched, but to be fair everything around was sold out and I'm not sure if I had checked out Gora. I think at normal times they are reasonable. 0 complaints!

Location, 1 min from train station, existance of microwave, kettle, free coffee machine and fridge for customers

Bedroom size, walls are very thin so we could hear the noize from the adjacent rooms

close to the station. beautiful rooms with a traditional feel yet modern amenities

it could be soundproofed a little better and have light switches next to the bed but otherwise are perfect.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, nice staff. The pizza place below was also absolutely excellent

No place to sit but on the bed

Room is very close to Hakone Yumoto station. Wifi is good. And you can get into a balcony via the window provided in the room, I did not get out in the balcony since it was raining all day. You can get coffee and green tea with other facilities like fridge, microwave etc. Also the smell while entering the hotel is so good because of the pizza restaurant on the ground floor.

I usually do not fill this part of questionnaire but this time I will. I stayed at room no. 303, the smell while entering the hotel ie., staircase is so soothing but once you enter the room everything starts to go down. The room has strong smell of mold, I must say I visited Hakone when there was a Typhoon 19-21 Sep 2022 but the smell does go away even if you use AC. Rather the situation worsens when you use 送風 (ventilation) option in air conditioner, room fills with smell of sourness and mold. Also the bathroom has mold, toilet is not very clean. The room is dusty, a sneak peak at the back of the TV is enough to say room is dusty, has mold and the toilets aren't so clean. I think room might be better when its not raining but I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. This is the only hotel I encountered that comes with instruction stating that if the room is very dirty then they will charge you additional cleaning fee, however their service is much worse then what they claim/provide.

Great place to stay with a reasonable price. Great location, near Yumoto station, near bus stop.
