Casa Margarita è una casa di campagna tradizionale Mallorcian 2 minuti a pie de la plaza de Sóller. De una gran parte di un patio, con il tuo matrimonio e il tuo tempo libero. 2 dormitorios dobles y baño / ducha también en la planta baja.
Gran salón comedor junto a la cocina. In primo piano, dormitorio doppio e segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Sala de estar en mismo piso con televisión, dvd y reproductor de vídeo. Alla fine della sala di soggiorno è il cuarto di baño con ducha. WI-FI GRATIS
El pueblo mágico de Sóller è un posto speciale nella zona della montagna di Tramontana nel centro della Naranja Valle de Sóller. A lo largo del mio se acoge un numerosos festivales culturales y religiosas de colores diferentes en la Plaza de la Ciudad. Los bares y restaurantes son abbondantes y buena relación calidad-precio. Es cerca un otra ciudades de interés, como Deià, Valldemossa y Fornalutx. Hay un tren de Palma y también el famoso tranvía, que tarda 20 minutos en llegar de el casco antiguo de Puerto de Soller y de la playa. La playa principal è un través del túnel en la parte antigua de pescadores de Puerto de Sóller. Muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas están disponibles. Tambien coche, bicicleta, kayak y alquiler de embarcaciones.

Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night.

My family very much enjoyed our time in Maria’s home. It was like going to your Mallorcan grandma’s. A little funky, nice bedroom spaces with comfy beds and plenty of linens, but common space was limited and for seven people 1.5 (.5 was outside) bathrooms was a bit tricky. Electric heaters and a wood stove but no central heat which most of the year is probably fine. Fully equipped kitchen stocked with groceries and wine, super clean, and a friendly greeting from the host’s daughter. Fabulous location a block off the square.

The property is old but beautifully embedded in the narrow streets downtown. Restaurants, banks etc. are all closeby. The house is equipped with literally everything. Maria and her daughter are excellent hosts. Big recommendation. Hope to be back! :)

We loved that this townhouse was very close to everything (parking, shops, restaurants, train station) in Soller while being very quiet!
It was clean and we received a very warm welcome by Marias daughter.
The townhouse came with everything you might possibly need, like electric radiators for cold days, extra blankets, plenty of towels (some especially for the beach), a cooler for the beach, detergent for the washing machine, to name just a few of the very useful things.
A big plus was that the kitchen was stocked with basic food as a start.
Thanks for having us stay, Maria. We will happily return to this townhouse if we come to Soller again.

Lovely traditional features and enough space for 8 people.
Hosts were spectacular!
Extremely clean and tidy and everything we could have needed for cooking eating and cleaning was there in the house.

Location très agréable
Le logement avait tout pour plaire! Très bon emplacement, accueil chaleureux, tout le nécessaire (jeux pour enfants, jeux de plage, serviettes…) et de nombreuses attentions à notre arrivée. Maria est agréable et arrangeante.
Nous recommandons fortement.

Un très bon moment
Maria nous a reçu avec beaucoup d attention notamment de quoi déjeuner ou dîner dès notre arrivée. Tout est disponible dans la maison, linge de maison serviette de plage, équipement pour la plage et des jeux pour enfants dans la maison. Nous avons passez un Super moment dans cette maison qui est fort accueillante et bien située.

Recomendable por ubicación y comodidad
La casa está al lado de la plaza principal de Soller que es un pueblo precioso, y cuenta con un patio exterior perfecto para comidas y cenas. Las habitaciones son cómodas y todas tienen ventilador. Los caseros fueron amables y estuvieron atentos en todo momento. Muy recomendable

Casa Margarita is a lovely traditional Majorcan town house down a beautiful street. Maria met us on arrival with a fully stocked fridge and full instructions of everything in the house and the area. She was always on hand if necessary, with restaurant recommendations etc.
As 5 cyclists with large bike boxes, this house was perfect in both size and location.
Definitely recommended.

Very nice property and close to everything!
This was a great place to stay in Soller. Just one block from the city center, and it was very quaint. While it did not have a/c, Maria made sure we had fans to help with the heat, so it was ok. We had all we needed in the house, and Maria made sure we had some snacks upon arrival in case it was too late for shopping. From here, it was super easy to get to Port de Soller and all over the island. I highly recommend this property!

overall v.good.in perfect location and great little extras like the welcome grocery pack.only gripe is that both the shower rooms are very old and basic and definitely need upgrading immediately.thiws did not however spoil the experience.

Muy buena elecciön y anfitriona
Estuvimos una semana en casa de María, 2 adultos y dos adolescentes. El recibimiento fue excepcional, nos dejaron en la nevera un montón de cosas, cava incluido!.
Destacar la limpieza de la casa, su ubicación céntrica y la amplitud, que permitió mucha independencia a los chicos adolescentes.
Muy buena relación calidad/precio, sin lujos pero con buenos electrodomésticos. Te sientes a gusto, como si estuvieras en casa de tu abuela!. Sugeriría solar el patio y ponerle flores.....está tristón. Soller pueblo y la sierra de tramuntana 10/10. Volveremos!!

Lovely House 5 min from Soller Square
Was very nice to meet Maria and stay in her lovely home. It was a lot larger than we thought. Beds very comfortable and house clean and had everything we could have wanted. Loved sitting in the private patio reading the paper with my morning coffee. Two minute walk from Soller square which is full of bars and restaurants yet house is so quiet. Will definitely recommend it and hope to be back again.
