High Grove Villa ha un appartamento autonomo separato oltre alla villa di lusso (che lo rende ideale per due famiglie) ed è a pochi passi da spiagge, taverne e parco acquatico Tsilivi. Immerso nei suoi uliveti con abbondanza di alberi da frutto e una magnifica vista panoramica sulla splendida baia di Tsilivi e verso Cefalonia, è molto ben posizionato per tutti i servizi, anche se non si può mai desiderare di lasciare i favolosi giardini con il suo 15x privato di 4 metri piscina, piscina separata per bambini e superbe aree relax all'aperto e sala da pranzo. Abbiamo anche WiFi! Anche se sei a pochi passi dal trambusto di Tsilivi, i giardini della Villa sono un'oasi di tranquillità.
A breve distanza ci sono molte più belle spiagge e taverne sul mare. Lo stesso Tsilivi è perfettamente posizionato per visitare il nord o le bellissime spiagge a sud dell'isola.
La proprietà è adatta per due famiglie che condividono o quattro coppie in quanto la villa ha due camere da letto e due bagni e l'appartamento autonomo ha anche due camere da letto e due bagni. La struttura è una casa lontano da casa ed è completamente attrezzata con due sale e zone pranzo e due cucine.
Le camere da letto della Villa sono composte da un letto king size con doccia interna e una camera matrimoniale con bagno separato.

All'esterno troverai la vita all'aperto al suo meglio, un meraviglioso padiglione coperto con posti a sedere imbottiti per circa 12 persone, particolarmente adorabile di notte e per guardare il sole che tramonta su Cefalonia. C'è anche una favolosa cabana da pranzo all'aperto per ospitare 12, accanto a un firepit / barbecue, il tutto con vista mozzafiato sul mare.
La proprietà è stata recentemente completamente rinnovata secondo i rigorosi standard dei proprietari e l'intera proprietà è privata con ingresso con cancello elettrico alla fine di una guida privata.
Gli attraenti balconi ombreggiati della sala da pranzo e della camera da letto principale sono splendidi per godersi la splendida vista sul mare e per sfuggire al sole nei giorni più caldi.
La Villa è disponibile per l'affitto solo per 6 settimane all'anno, quindi vieni a condividere il nostro bellissimo paradiso di lusso tranquillo.

7 of us, 3 adults and 4 teenagers, had a perfect two weeks at this lovely villa. The pool is fantastic and there is plenty of outdoor space to relax in. Villa set up was spot on with the 4 boys using the downstairs apartment and adults in the villa.
Some lovely restaurants (Botanic the best) in Tsvili and fair few bars too but not too crowded. Bit of a walk back up the hill but worth it for the quality and location of the villa.

This was everything we had wished for and more.
Lovely quiet location with a wonderful view of the sea. A beautiful villa with lots of space set in very lovely grounds.
A fantastic swimming pool, lovely areas to sit and sunbathe or fantastic areas to sit to eat out side under a pergola.
The villa manager was fantastic, very welcoming, and very helpful.
We all had an amazing time and we were sad to leave.

We had a very pleasant stay, with Abi being the perfect hostess. Luckily the airconditioners were functioning correctly as we touched 40 deg on several days! In that respect having a bit of shade (umbrellas) next to the pool would have made our stay even more beautiful.

An absolutely beautiful villa in an oasis of calm and peace. An amazing pool and a stunning location! Abi took great care of us and was extremely helpful as was Fran. I would definitely love to return beautiful restaurants not far but the Villa is so lovely you don’t want to leave! Thanks again for such an amazing stay x

Our group of 4 adults, one teen and 2 children had the most wonderful time at this lovely home. A big thank you to Fran and Abi for a smooth check-in and quick response to any inquiries. The pool was a highlight and the villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Highly recommend!

Our whole stay was amazing. The villa suited us well as there were 7 of us. The apartment attached was small but just the job for my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Myself husband other son and daughter-in-law shared the main villa.
The outside area is the main event and the views divine.
A car was needed as the villa is away from the main town and up a bit of a steep track.
Tsilivi is lively and local beeches good for sunbathing. Lovely restaurants too.
Boat trip we had was so lovely and we all have great memories to keep for always.
Our agent David was excellent, keeping us informed and giving advice etc. car hire , beeches to try. He looked after us well.
We would definitely return!!

The villa was exactly what we were looking for and provided a perfect outside space for the whole group (which consisted of five adults and a toddler). Location wise was spot-on for us but it should be noted that (although not essential) you’ll probably need a taxi back in the evening as it’s uphill and there’s no pavements on the final stretch up to the villa. There’s loads of wildlife to spot from birds of prey to geckos however there were a few visitors that weren’t so pleasant! In the Isle of Man we’d call them long tails but I’ll let you Google that to understand what I mean. Considering the location it’s really not surprising as you’re in the middle of huge olive groves but it would be wrong of me not to mention it as others may struggle with the fact where we really didn’t mind. Overall I’d highly recommend this accommodation and David (the Villa Manager) was spot-on, getting the balance between being there when we needed him and keeping his distance when we didn’t perfectly!!! I’ve gone for four stars a) because there was a couple of things that didn’t work as expected and b) because there isn’t a 4.5 which I would have given if there was. Thank you Fran; it was three years in the making but well worth the wait and we loved every minute

Really lovely villa with perfect outside space

Fabulous villa with stunning pool area
We had a wonderful stay at Highgrove villa and we’re brilliantly looked after by David who manages the property , any little hiccups we’re sorted out in no time and we had the most fabulous week the villa is well equipped and the separate apartment downstairs was ideal for our 4 teenage and young adult nieces - we would highly recommend

Amazing place and ideally located
Owners of the property were excellent and could not be more accommodating. The views from the property are stunning as was the property. Pool is huge and the outdoor area is ideal for a family. I would highly recommend this property and will most likely re-book some time in the future.

Wonderful Relaxing Holiday
We had a wonderful stay at High Grove Villa. There were three generations of family (9 in total) and all fitted in. We particularly loved the outside space which is stunning and great a big group can all be together or find your own space if you wanted.
Everything is of a very high standard and inside is decorated stylishly and it’s clear it’s a well loved family home.
We did not hire a car but used taxis when we wanted to head out. The villa is walkable to the town and beach (bit of a climb on the way up). One of our party could not walk far but we knew we would need to use taxis or hire a car before we came as it would be too far for someone with walking difficulties.
If you do use taxis best to book half an hour before you need them as couple of times we were late for restaurant bookings but appreciate it was key holiday time and we are on holiday so no stressing!
The weather was very hot whilst we were there (August) but majority of days there was a cooling breeze and always a shady spot outside or air con inside.
Overall we had a brilliant holiday and would recommend this beautiful home to stay in.

Beautiful villa with the most amazing pool!
We had the most wonderful week at High Grove Villa. Having seen the photos online our expectations were high - but we were blown away when we arrived. The pool and outside space is stunning - we found it difficult to leave the villa all week!

Beautiful villa in a wonderful setting amongst the olive groves. The pool and garden area are fabulous with amazing views. The terrace area is a real sun trap with lots of amazing places where you can retreat if you fancy some shade or al fresco dining - it was perfect
It was a short walk into Tsilivi where we had some lovely meals in the local tavernas and bars. We also enjoyed a trip or two to the beach.
The villa was fabulous containing everything we need for our holiday. We didn’t want to go home & would definitely recommend it
