Language problem

Convenient location,5mins walk to the subway and restaurants. Front desk service is outstanding and friendly, Given us a memorable experience. Breakfast lounge service is excellent and foods are western and Chinese foods. Hotel is very nice and clean with very good housekeeping services. Provided washer and dryer service is a big plus for a long term stay travelers. Initially, we planned to stay about a week to 2 with this hotel. As a result. We stayed in this hotel and extended to 40 days.

Not a 5 stars hotel, but felt like having a 5 stars VIP service

The reality is different from the pictures. The rooms wasn’t so clean. There is some cockroaches, and the location is industrial.

I changed my booking. My first booking was 14 days and I changed it to 10. I paid in advance for the room when I wanted to change it the manager told me it will take a month and the reality they didn’t return the money my experience was bad.

The rooms are really spacious and much bigger than average rooms in Guangzhou. Staff is also very friendly and most of them speak basic english. They also have free laundry (washing & drying) and an ironing table, so that was very convenient.

The location is bit far from the city center so takes lot of time to travel, but the metro station is very near so that also helps.

Bathroom was clean and got cleaned daily. Bed was big. Nice view but window can’t be opened. Free washing room and dryer! Daily fresh water to the room.

Dirty Textile floor (from an ancient century) all over the apartment. In the hallway as well, but much worse it strongly smelled like faeces/toilet (in the hallway) and i think smoking is allowed everywhere (in case you’re allergic to cold old cig smoke). Also there was a weird scruffy massage-offers-in-the-hallway-vibe and it gives maybe not ideal feel for female solo travellers.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Guangzhou, and this is in my top 3. It's elegant, beautiful, clean, very affordable and very traveller-friendly. They even fetch you from the airport at no extra cost. Has a fully equipped laundry room, the dining area is open to guests throughout the day until 23:00 with free bites here and there. I'd highly recommend it.

I don't like the fact that it's far from the city/city centre. The drawback is that there aren't any restaurants or eating places around. Travelling to the city is very expensive, you end up paying toll fees in the taxi cab. That's the only drawback about the hotel.

電視超小聲，沒辦法調整，幾乎聽不到聲音，大堂跟走廊很多人抽煙，很臭。
