You have to change lifts to get to your room. Breakfast (market place restraunt) was huge but variety was not as much.

Not reasonable to choose this hotel. Level of hotel decreased. I stayed here more than 5 times and I feel the difference in management. Only 1 person speaks English on reception and all other call her to solve problems if the occure. Before, I asked guys on the ground flor to tell Taxi where I want to go, but now they also do not speak English. In restaurant - no English. I invited partners to have dinner, it was a disaster. First they offered tables for drinks only. After I asked 5 times to give a table for dinner I had to go inside, select table and say in Chinese that I want to sit here. After we place order, few times they asked again and again if order correct. 2 persons ordered seafood risotto. They cooked one and forget to cook the second. After they brought second - it was completely different from the first. One had white sauce and second had red sauce, performance was different as well.

How come an architect design such a hotel? The lobby on the 22nd floor, the rooms below that level. A torture all your stay.

Great location. I had a nice view overlooking the park. The staff were helpful and were supportive when I was trying to get to the closest PCR testing site. Lovely room. Nice breakfast.

Everything was superb and up to expectations

Have to take a lift from the ground floor up to the lobby on the 22nd floor, cross the lobby to a different elevator to go back down to your room level. Every time you leave the hotel, you have to go through this process of going up and down. A bit excessive

One rookie staff Cody was exceptional. He NEEDS a floor manager post. He knows when you need assistance, always come and check if what we got was good, if the service was to our liking. I've been to many 5* in China--this kid is going places. I hope his superiors sees him. Susan was okay as well.

This wasn't a leisure trip so we weren't expecting much especially for a last minute booking. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. The facilities are quite old, especially bathrooms are impossible to be kept cleaned. The club rooms are very tiny, and they don't offer any tea time sets. The day we arrived tea time was almost over and there was some cakes in the fridge but one worker denied my wife the cakes saying they're picking up. That's was very unprofessional. During breakfast one of the waitresses lead us to a big 6 people table and we are just 2 with a baby. And the table was next to the workers, lots of distraction and my son barely ate! Later we found there were lots of window and corner seats on the other side of the restaurant. Small things like this if you are in this business long you need to know and cater to! This hotel is more like a 4 star if im being generous!

Great location, excellent staff and good value. The breakfast buffet is well worth it as it has a variety of cultural foods and a good price for guests staying at the hotel.

The front door man on the ground floor was always rude to us as we approached, in words and tone. Working at a five star hotel, all staff should have some level of politeness. He was the only one though, rest of the staff were amazing.

Too many rules. You can't drink at the pool. You can't wear slippers or a bathrobe in the restaurant. Didn't like that. And the way the staff communicated this was ridiculous. One actually physically stopped my wife from going into the restaurant, but only spoke Chinese. She should have got someone to translate, used a translater on a mobile, or maybe just pointed to the slippers. It took nearly ten minutes to work out why we couldn't enter the restaurant, by which time we were both very upset. Totally mis-managed the situation. Very poor, for a 'quality' hotel.

A little bit crowded at breakfast time. But good service. Sauna too small and pretty old interior.

Eva on reception desk was lovely and made us feel comfortable and looked after from the time we arrived. Room service was prompt and tasty. The room was clean and had coffee making facilities.

The location's great, the room (Kings size) looked good, and the staff were very helpful with our enquiries.
