Didn't offer food, bad AC, no wifi, no shuttle

everything was nice the staff were very friendly the rooms were nice too but the toilet was a big problem in both rooms. they don’t flush anymore after using it once or twice that’s really embarrassing so that could be fixed at the bar in the evening there was no one for a drink anymore while it was such a nice looking bar I wish there was someone there for the ambiance

bathroom is not clean at all it’s always slippery. The headboard of the bed is installed of socket and electrical panel, hazards and safety for the guest wasn’t the concern of the property. I don’t know why they passed it. Cochroach was on our pillows as well as on the floor ( disgusting). I normally not a fussy person but with this property has to be mentioned by the management. Hope this may catch the attention.

Pool is not that bad...

Rooms are not clean especially the washroom... I can see soap scum on the sink, toilet bowl, and mirrors...

Unless you speak Pasia, you are going to find it almost impossible to communicate with the staff

The pool looks good at night. The rooms are OK...just.

We visited a year previously and the place looked shabby and uncared for, this time as if no one had done any maintenance since. The restaurant is shut and only a few meals are available at the bar by the pool. The two huge German Shepherd dogs barking at guests all day were not appreciated at all. Nor did we appreciate being woken by loud music from the pool area at 6.30am. We asked for our rooms to be cleaned while we were out for the day, but no one bothered. The WIFI was not available.
