Der Innen-Pool war nicht eingelassen, Baden oder Schwimmen daher nicht möglich. Schade, weil das Wetter regnerisch war und damit Baden im See ausfiel.

Großzügiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick in den schönen Garten. Das Frühstück war super & das personal sehr freundlich.
Die Lage mit nur 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zum Tegernsee sowie zu Restaurants und Geschäften ist top!
Die Öffnungszeiten für den Wellnessbereich sind etwas schade - nur bis 19 Uhr, wobei es schön wäre diesen auch abends nutzen zu können.
Das Badezimmer bräuchte mal eine Renovierung. Es sieht altbacken aus, ist zum Teil aber auch recht abgenutzt.
Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bereits bei Temperaturen von 26 Grad außen zu einem sehr warmen Zimmer geführt hat. Ebenfalls gibt es keine (funktionierende) Lüftung im Badezimmer.

Hervorragende ruhige Lage in grossem Parkgrundstück, nahe an Innenstadt, Zimmer und andere Räume grosszügig, Preis angemessen, alles sehr gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Parkplätze für PKW vorhanden.

Wir durften den Saunabereich auch noch nach dem Ausschecken für 2-3 Stunden nutzen. Die Sauna wurde sogar für uns früher angemacht.

Großzügige Anlage mit allem was wir erwartet hatten.Und das in einer hervorragenden Lage…dennoch ruhig und sehr erholsam.
Insbesondere das sehr nette und stets hilfreiche Personal ist besonders zu bemerken.-Die sorgen für eine besondere Wohlfühl-Atmosphere.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful!! The hotel was a short distance to the lake and into town. The room and the bathroom were very nice and spacious.
There was a rooster in the neighborhood that was up very early!! (Not the hotels fault, but annoying)

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed just hanging around on the spacious lawn with the tree trunk sculptures and we made a fire one night in their fire pit. It is a very short walk to the beautiful lake and many good to great restaurants. We couldn't be happier with our stay.
The weather was hot the week we stayed. But the nights were comfortable.

Room decor rather old fashioned. Bed was in a corner. Nothing much to see from the terrace. Lovely garden so an outdoor pool would have been more enticing. Plenty of restaurants but relatively expensive.

Friendliness, availability and responsiveness of the owners and their staff. Garden is a paradise. Size of the room and the minibar is perfect. 2 min walking distance to the lake. Several restaurants are very close by. Town centre is also a walking distance away.

The lawn is huge and amazing for relaxing in Summer. The location is also great - both close to the lake, good hikes and walking distance from several restaurants. We were very happy with our stay.
Unfortunately smoking is allowed on the balconies so our entire room smelled like smoke from early morning because we had a chain smoker below us...
