Luce e luminoso, recentemente ristrutturato, 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni condominio piano terra a pochi passi dal Golfo! Può ospitare comodamente 5 (letto matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli e culla pieghevole). Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato (docce, niente vasca). Cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, grande tavolo da pranzo e bar per la colazione. La zona giorno offre molti posti a sedere con tv a grande schermo che si apre sulla veranda protetta per l'intrattenimento esterno. Grande terrazza per prendere il sole e rilassarsi all'aperto. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è il tuo spazzolino da denti, accessori e accessori da spiaggia (sedie, asciugamani e giocattoli).

This was our 3rd time to rent the property.
Location just yards from the beach!
My friends and I are all 60+ and we love the fact that we dont have to climb stairs! Everthing was immaculate as always. When we weren't on the beach we spent a good amount of time on the screened porch.
As always, the owner, Kim made sure to touch base if we needed anything.
Will be back next year for sure!

After staying at Weathered Wood last November, we just had to return during November this year. This property is perfect for "hiding in plain sight." Directly on the beach, gulf-side, just steps from the surf, this property has everything for a great, relaxing getaway.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our family of 4. Having the screened in porch to relax in was amazing since we didn’t have the best luck with weather some days this week! The location is also fantastic. It’s minutes from the restaurants and shops, but the beach right outside of the rental was never crowded. This was our first trip to St. George Island and we’ll definitely be back to stay here again!

The property was just as described and more. Lovely space that is super convenient to everything on SGI. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen has all needed equipment. We hope to return soon!

My wife and I had wonderful time staying at this property. The listing is accurate. The kitchen is well stocked. The air-conditioning system works very well. It is a short distance to restaurants and to the central business area for supplies. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Beautiful place that was nicely updated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had all you needed for cooking. The beach was gorgeous and the stars at night were amazing. Definitely a nice place to stay at.

Perfect rental for those who want a front row seat to the Gulf, only steps from the door. This recently updated condo was just what was needed for our 3 day getaway. Loved relaxing and watching sunsets from screened porch. No negatives to report at this rental. It’s all good.

The only drawback was the sand hill in front of deck. Had mom and aunt ages 87 and 85 that would have liked to sit on deck and see the beach (waves) as they were unable to walk to beach. Otherwise, very clean, had everything anyone could need in kitchen, very comfy beds, ample room in bath. Enjoyed it very much. Thanks.

This property is very clean and comfortable. The decor is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped with probably the best quality knives I've ever found in a rental property. :) Best of all, just a few steps from the back deck to the ocean. We loved this place and hope to return.

The condo is nicely appointed -- everything you need for a beach stay for 4. The only reason I didn't rate it at 5 is that because it's a ground-floor unit, you can't really see much of the ocean from inside. (In fairness, I knew going in that would be the case.) Still, it's a very short walk to the beach, and SGI is a great place for dolphin-watching. The people upstairs were pretty noisy, including in the middle of the night, but that's not something the condo owners can actually control.

This property is as advertised and more. The location is perfect for beach walking and exploring. We especially enjoyed a leisurely morning at the Julian Bruce State Park.

Home is great and very nicely remodeled. Screen porch was wonderful even though the dunes prevented a view of the gulf. Well equipped and comfortable.

Only downfall is you can’t see the beach from the back covered porch.. perfect location!! The condo itself was well maintained and super clean. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back in the years to come.

Perfect place for a family of 4. Very clean and updated interior. Walking distance to the beach was perfect. Loved how close we were to the restaurants, yet far enough away that the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We’d love to stay here again!

I stayed here for a 3 day 2 night getaway with my husband and 17 year old and 19 year old sons. Everything looked and smelled clean, there was ample room for all of us, and the location could not be beat!! The kitchen was stocked with any dishes/appliances we might need. We loved it and would definitely stay again! 💕
