Wskutek reorganizacji dostałam pokój o wyższym standarcie niż zarezerwowany. Pokój czysty. Bardzo duży. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna Śniadanie dobre.

Polecam. Bardzo nowoczesny hotel z ładnym wyposażeniem. Smaczne śniadania i dania serwowane przez restaurację . Atrakcje na terenie hotelu (sauna darmowa dla gości hotelu, kręgielnia płatna dodatkowo, siłownia, boiska piłkarskie)
Część pokoi ma okna na drogę "szybkiego ruchu"

bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, śniadanie super i przemiłe Panie . Kawa smaczna, jajecznica super..
Niestety tym razem wypadł mi pokój w tej gorszej części i jest znaczna różnica. Przydałoby się częściej zaglądać do baterii w pilotach do TV.

Pokoj duzy, czysty, wszystko wygladalo na nowe . Lazienka bardzo czysta z duzym prysznicem. Sniadanie swietne , wszystko swieze , duzy wybor, na zyczenie jajecznica lub jajka sadzone . Szczerze moge polecic . Obsluga bardzo mila i uprzejma. W obiekcie bar I kregielnia wiec mozna sie rozerwac rowniez sauna I silownia to dodatkowe atuty.
Na zewnatrz tez widzialem kilka fajnych rzeczy dla dzieciakow np.
Do centrum 5 min samochodem oraz dobry wyjazd na miedzymiastowa .
Ogolnie jestem bardzo zadowolony i moge polecic to miejsce !
Troche uciazliwy byly odglosy z kriegielni. Jezeli ktos chcialby spac wczesniej niz 23 moglby to byc problem , przynajmniej w pokoju ktory zajmowalem .

Miło, czysto i przyjemnie.
Pani w recepcji bardzo uprzejma, pomocna i cierpliwa.
Pokoje czyste, świeże.
Posiłki bardzo smaczne. Zarówno kolacja jak i śniadania bardzo dobre. Panie obsługujące śniadania są bardzo miłe.
Polecamy i przy okazji wrócimy.
Nie zauważyłam niczego co można byłoby poprawić.

Wszystko mi się podobało - personel, wystrój, czystość, jedzenie. Największym zaskoczeniem (najmilszym na świecie) było to jak w nocy spadło naprawdę dużo śniegu - idąc rano do auta miałam świadomość, że czeka mnie jeszcze odśnieżanie - a tu niespodzianka - samochody wszystkich gości hotelu zostały odśnieżone. Pierwszy raz się z tym spotkałam, także wielkie dzięki

We booked the deluxe apartment and it was as shown. Clean, comfortable and cosy. The restaurant staff were fantastic with us and the experience for both dinner and breakfast was amazing. Really appreciated the set-up on arrival for me and my wife. Thank you.
Not a lot to state which was wrong, maybe offering of spa weekends for couple in the future may be good. Otherwise it was great with no problems.

MOLD in bathroom, staff not very friendly or considerate (receptionist was on the phone for an extended amount of time without even once acknowledging me!) at checkout.

The hotel is a lovely small but full of fun! We went bowling in the hotel which was a lot of fun! (Very busy my advice is to pre-book if you like to go bowling) we had dinner in the hotel really tasty food! Well done to the chef. Breakfast was also really nice lots to choose from from food and drinks, different snacks.

Breakfast was good and there was enough to eat and location was also good.
The lady at the reception gave us instructions how to drive back to Krakow airport. Instructions was extremely helpful. The road was easy to drive and view during this trip was very beautiful. Send my best regards to the lady.
Staff English is also at a very good level. Facilitate communication a lot and they were in every way very helpful.

A brand new hotel facility, modern and cozy, breakfast was excellent. Talking to the owner he has done incredible modernization of the old stadium buildings, We will certainly want to stay here again next time in Sanok.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and tasty breakfast. Also a lot of parking spaces.
Pretty far out and located near a very circulated road. However, the soundproofing is good and you can't hear any noise once you close the window.
