Location is amazing. Close to the Heart of the island. Rooms are clean,and the staff is so kind. Management is willing to help whatever you need. Wonderful hospitality.

The location was great, close to the main street, but quiet and pleasant. The room was cozy with everything needed. Big shared balconies with seating areas, which I really liked. The stuff was really friendly. The owner let us have a late check out, so we can enjoy the full day on the beach and not worry about our luggages :)

Really enjoyed the good location and services, happy personnel and not noisy atmosphere despite the proximity to the main village road. absolutely recommended.

Totally recommend. We liked everything abot this place: - located near the port and super markets, in a quite place; - super clean & tidy, you could walk in white socks all over the place without regrets; - every day we found a new breakfast in the room (tea, coffee, bread-butter-jam, snackbars, biscuits, etc. + water), very helpful; - the balcony was a big plus (great view + a good place to have a morning coffee); - the room had super dark curtains, which block the sunlight entirely (very helpful when you need a nap); - the host was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The bathroom was quite small, but it's always like that in Greece. There were no international channels on the TV (like BBC or DW), but it's also common for Greece; so we watched lots of greek TV shows before going to bed : )

Amazing hotel, big rooms, beautiful terrace, big comfy beds, good location, great price, will come back again :)

Nicely renovated room with a minimal touch, very clean, pretty view from the window. Very friendly and helpful manager. 10 min walk from the new harbour.

Though fast, Wi-Fi was suffering from repeated disconnections. Somewhat small bathroom and shower.

The hotel is located in the center. Walking distance from the old port. Yioula, is very friendly and always available to help. She is amazing. The room was very clean and spacious, the matress was perfect. We had a very good time there. Definitely we will visit this hotel again.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was great. There was more than plenty of hot water for showering and the room was equipped with snacks, bottles of water and air conditioned. The staff was very nice and helped us by giving us info about which beach we should visit, what times there are busses etc. Also the wifi reception was pretty good. If I ever revisit Spetses, I will definitely choose to stay there again.
