Everything is great - the food, stuff, place, room...We all truly enjoyed in our vacation!

Good for the kids, good heated indoor pool, good buffet with lots of options, lovely view from our balcony.

The aircon system kept cutting out so we would get hot in the night and I had to keep resetting. There was also an awful flashing light on the ceiling that’s disturbed our sleep so that’s was not fun at all. The superior family room was nice but could do with a few little updates and marks from walls etc being painted/fixed.

Pretty new hotel directly at the beach. We had a family room with two rooms which where pretty big and modern. Please be aware that this is a family hotel and that there are a lot of small kids in the hotel.

House keeping service leaves a lot to be desired. We kept our bathroom pretty clean. It seemed that house keeping thought that they do not need to clean it. Used towels where removed, but not replaced. We need to ask for toilet paper, because it was not replenished.

Good meal, great kids playgrounds, nice pools, great location, sand beach next to the hotel perfect for kids.

The room carpet was not very clean, one bathroom had a bad smell of mold. The hotel would need a renovation in general.

I think dinner was too late. We have 8 months old child and at 7 pm which started the dinner is his sleep time. So I think this is not so much family-oriented.

I like the location and the overall location on the Croatian coast. We liked the shade and the beach side and that was about it.

- Cleanliness of the hotel and room. Hair was everywhere. - Both pools are inaccessible with a stroller or wheelchair and they are super cold. Couldnt use any of them. - Everything is poorly maintained. And I mean everything... Random doors are stacked in the halls, fire extinguishers are randomly on the floor, portions of walls and roof have holes in them, and no one is even bothering to repair them... - Staff is cranky and the general vibe is off - Stroller didnt fit in our room. We had to have our cases opened on the room floor if we wanted to have a stroller in as well because otherwise, we wouldn't be able to open closets. Not sure about other rooms but our "Family" room was to small to even unpack. - "Play area" for kids has two attractive ball pits on ground level, which is good for one or two hours. And there is a "Playroom" in the lower floor. In our case, it was deserted and not a single crayon or a piece of paper was available for kids to play. There wasn't a single animator available as well. - I dont like the fact that we left two days earlier because of the stated above and they are refusing to give us a partial refund. It cost too much for 4 nights and I couldn't imagine saying anyone anything good about this stay. Def not coming back or recommending a stay here.

Food was excellent. Chef did a great job preparing vegan food for us. Vegans gonna like this place.

The Place is super. The eat was teastli. Very nice for children.

The hotel was dirty and run down in all public areas and the bedroom including blood and bogeys on the walls, vomit stains on the carpets, loose concrete slabs everywhere in the outside areas, broken T.V in the room, broken toilet brush in the room, damp walls in room (and other public areas) with paint peeling off, curtains ripped off of rails in the room, air con in room cannot be any lower than 22, so very warm and uncomfortable night. (staff rude when I asked called receptionist about this, said nothing can be done and hung up!!) floor in restaurant not cleaned during meal times so food everywhere, especially under tables. food is mainly for kids - chips, pizza, ice cream. Variety really is not good. outside Pool was filthy as were all the loungers. Couldn’t use spa as had no availability for 2 weeks… Awful location too, nothing to do in local area. Terrible place to stay, and certainly not good value for money AVOID!

Great food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), super friendly stuff. A lof of stuff for kids, animators, cars, child care, gaming room.

Children's programs were good. The meal was fantastic.

The parking system is terrible! The air conditioning didn't always work.
