Good location, the place itself is nice, management did their best to resolve any issues

Housekeeping was poor, floors were wet on arrival and 5 year old daughter nearly slipped over, not enough towels for 6 people for 4 days, said we had private pool but was a small spa bath with the heat taken off and the weather was cold, no rain cover for the buggie so got wet, cooking utensils like pans were disgusting and need to be replaced, on the first night a bedroom door was locked and couldnt get it opened until the next day.

some maintenance required -Garage door not working - Back door handle require attention - bathroom towel rail broken - TV in main bedroom not working - NO WIFI available in the apartment!!! this is a huge problem when trying to work remotely

Great place for families

Appartement was clean, spacious and well equipped. Lauren was quick to help and concierge company was very accommodating.

Spa wasn't heated and didn't have filter which was disappointing for the price. This feature was one of the reasons we chose this appartement. Maintenance was lacking. The bathroom with 2 bedrooms didn't have locks which was a challenge for couples sharing. No soap holders simple feature but quite annoying. Just little details really let it down.

Cockroaches, we found one in our bed and a few dead cockroaches around the property.

need to provide more toilet paper. wifi is poor and tv remotes did not work in main lounge. spa was dirty on arrival and we needed to contact housekeeping to come and fix this which they did.

The location and size of the apartment.

There was a terrible prawn smell in the fridge and in the ice in the freezer, the cleaners must have smelt it if they cleaned the fridge. We did not have any seafood on our stay. There was long black hair in two bathrooms. We asked for a clean but didn't see anyone. We asked for more coat hangers as there were only approx 6 in the unit but they were not available. There were numerous cockroaches in the bathrooms. A mop and bucket with dirty water was left on the balcony. Curtains hanging off hooks in two bedrooms so they didn't close properly. Dirty tracks on the sliding doors. Two broken outdoor chairs causing people to drop back under the back rest and pinch skin. The glass shelf was missing from inside 2 showers so only the metal knobs stuck out which is dangerous when bending over to pick up items. Dirty tiles in the corner of bathrooms. The dishrack was dirty and tiny for the size of the apartment. For a luxury apartment the maintenance and cleaning was terrible. The golf buggy has a dodgy ignition and was hard to get into reverse sometimes. Bags collected at 2pm which was our check in time at the airport even though I called at 10 to say we were out of the unit as per instructions. We were not allowed to use beach towels after 10 even though meeting staff to exchange keys and bags. That was really inflexible. We have photos if the operator would like them?
